The rooms were clean and very nice but the knobs on the bedroom ac/heat unit were gone and the AC was blasting. It was early April so didn’t need the AC on. No way to turn off. Also the hot water in the bathroom sink did not work. Ran for a long time and was still freezing cold. Took a shower and the refillable shampoo bottle and shower gel bottles were completely empty. Only had conditioner.

Got stuck in a random, single room on the ground floor that was between check in, the exit, and the elevators.. which faces the front where guests are walking/driving by. Went to ask the front desk if there were any other rooms available and was greeted with “what’s up?” Explained the room situation after being asked “what’s the problem with it.” Besides my first interaction/room situation the remainder of the staff were friendly and the main areas were clean and well kept.

We'll be back! This property had every single amenity we look for, and was clean, comfortable, and very friendly. One standout feature is the included buffet breakfast... No day-old doughnuts to be seen, there were tasty and filling hot offerings as well as a yogurt station, cereals, toast and bagels, and (maybe my favorite) a hot oatmeal station with fruit, nuts and other add-ins. What a great way to start our packed days!

My new year started like this
My original room which was a double queen suite was not cleaned ,towels on floor beds not made. Had to go back to front desk to complain and was given a kize side bed room down the hall,now that room was cleaned thank god.

Comfy Hotel, Minus The Barking Dog Nextdoor.
Due to short staffing it wasn't possible for the front desk employee to leave her post to deliver an extra pillow and two pillow cases to our room. Also, a "pet friendly"hotel is a nice idea unless you happen to be in the adjoining room listening to a dog bark for two hours because the owners are out somewhere! We just wanted to watch a movie and relax. Not too easy without the extra pillow and the noise next-door. If I hadn't already changed into my pajamas I would have gone down and picked up the pillow myself.

I called the day before & asked if we could get an early check in we had a long drive & wanted to get ready for the wedding in our room before the 2:30pm wedding. We were told no problem. When we arrived the woman at the front desk was rude, not helpful & told us she was letting another group check in early. We like the hotel but staff needs training in customer service.

Issues
We booked a 2 queen bed room and were given an ADA suite with 1 bed. My kids are younger so we used the pull out sofa, but the bedding bag was open and not clean. Staff were very fast and friendly to get us more bedding, though they did tell us they searched all over and it was the last available which made us feel like the request was a hardship for them. When I told the desk we had 2 beds reserved (clearly on the reservation) I was told I did not. This could be an issue as it was booked on expedia, but clearly my email showed what was booked.

Overall, the hotel was good and location was great. Some of the furnishings in the rooms seemed a bit tired. The bed was the most uncomfortable in any hotel I can recall. If the bed was more comfortable I would give this hotel a top rating.
