"Very welcoming lobby space, cosy and relaxed vibe. Staff very friendly. We got home from our concert at Wembley Stadium slightly late but managed to get in just before check in at midnight, check in was incredibly quick and friendly.
The room was clean, Cosy and modern. Bed was huge and a super comfy , the kids slept well in there sofa bed too!
We were greeted with a lovely little vip message , mini gin, mini prosecco, hand baked crisps and complimentary bottled water which was a nice touch.
The bathroom had shampoo , conditioner, body wash, hand and body lotion all fully stocked all smelled amazing. It was lovely on our skin and hair ! Hairdryer was super powerful! Little nespresso was great to start to the morning.
We loved the late check out time ( noon), which was very welcome after a late night.
Only little sticking point : The sliding door between toilet and shower was rather stiff and squeaky to pull across.
We pre booked parking on just park app so it was guaranteed, this was a bit more expensive than paying on the day but gave us peace of mind. We used the overflow car park , and got the last space. It was a bit of a mess in this area but we were very happy. When we got back late at night, the car park was very full; we noticed the car was now blocked in, but it didn’t cause us any problem, by 10 in the morning it was very empty again and lots of spaces.
Uber to Wembley from the hotel cost £23 and back after the event £33."
