Children running around in early morning so poor soundproofing. Breakfast area a total mess even at 10.30I was told find a clean table to which there wasn't. Breakfast was ok however. I won't stay here again

This is an excelent choice for an overnight stop over in Southampton. Conveniently located just off M27, it is located next to the Utilita bowl venue. Rooms are clean and well presented. Staff are friendly and helpful. Food is good value and good standard. Fully recommended

Well positioned hotel. Attentive staff. Excellent breakfast, good service. Comfortable bed, good shower, good storage, great TV reception. Two of the room lamps did not work but plenty of other lighting. Comfortable walk to the nearby retail park.

Very good price and top staff and facilities. only issue when i stayed was that only 1 lift worked, which seldom came to the top floor due to demand below. long walks down the stairs.....

Good hotel for short stays. I stayed over the Easter holidays weekend. It was chaotic at the breakfast buffet with kids, but the staff tried their level best to keep it under control.

Absolutely great hotel. Very clean and convenient. Staff were all great and on in particular in the dining hall spoke to me about my daughter being dairy free and what we could get for her. Recommend highly.

SATNAV took us straight there, and free parking. The receptionists on checking in was very helpful and gave us a kingsize bed.. this inc Breakfast within the price (so bonus). Very Family Friendly Hotel, was busy & popular. The bathroom was clean. Breakfast was hiw you would expect it to be, so bonus... nothing to complain about. Fully recommend this place.

Biggest bonus for us it was pet friendly Location from the hovercraft museum (that is only open on Saturday 10 to 4pm) the hotel was good and easy to find and close to other amenities stayed for one night on the way home. cooked breakfast was good stayed on a Saturday night families use this hotel when going to the pepper pig so was busy with families.

As I am registered disabled I did not like having to walk to the far end of the new block to are room. Though in fairness to the staff at the check in they were not to know and I did not tell them.

Quick and easy check in. Room very clean and the bed was really comfortable. Hot and powerful shower. Very good Breakfast the following morning, and every staff member i seen or spoke to were happy, polite and smiling.
