Hotel needs updating. Bathroom could use a fresh deep clean including re caulking the tub and removing stains. That being said, we could tell care was taken to clean everything. Did not expect housekeeping for our 2 night stay and he did a wonderful job tidying our space and providing fresh linens. Very much appreciated. Every staff member we encountered was extremely friendly and helpful. Top notch staff here who will go out of their way to help! Appreciated the variety of breakfast options including pancakes, waffles, eggs, bacon, sausage, and pastries. If this hotel could be renovated/given a face lift I’m sure it would be among the best in Hammond because the staff is already A , from front desk to housekeeping to the ladies providing breakfast and cleaning the lobby.

The stay was actually OK I’m not too certain about the area however, the only complaint I had was that the floors looked dirty and the property looked a little worn but overall, it was a great stay!

Loved it! We had evacuated our home due to a fumigation issue and had to stay nearby. This place was convenient and comfortable. Thank God the breakfast food was complimentary and it was delicious!

The room needs a desperate redo, bed was miserable, hard , pillows were way too soft, bathroom needs a definite improvement/ renovation. My bag of snacks was taken out of the room, it was not trash, it was in a bag on the desk, several bags of pretzel snacks and a box with chocolate chip cookies.

My stay was good, but stands out about my stay is my checking out, and being an hour and half down the road. I received a call from the hotel informing me they had my ring that had l had forgotten in the room. They (staff) did something they didn't have too. I appreciate the honesty especially in these times.

So I can to property for Easter weekend on website it stated they provided free cribs but they didn’t have any and was unaware of what I was speaking about but they made it up to me by giving me a extra bed to put my twins boppy pillow on which was a nice way to make up for my stay

To cheap to heat pool
The hotel is under construction which is understandable, however the hotel is listed as having an indoor pool which was the main reason for booking here, and I was told it closes for the winter months that it ms to costly to heat the pool. Someone needs to update this listing
