The property was really good. Seaview room was fantastic. A beautiful holiday resort for all. Family friendly and a superb dining option with the a inclusive package.

We have been to this hotels 6 x's.
We love this hotel, staff and all amenities. Wide variety of food, activities and choices of what to do with our time. Each time we come they have made improvements to the facilities itself. Lots of things to do with other people or just your partner. Swimming, tennis, camel riding, parasailing...or just lounging in the many areas on the beach and in around the hotel. Staff so accommodating and helpful. They even provide events outside the hotel if you want to expand your horizons. Love it, and we will be back very soon, and many times more.

It was an amazing holiday. The Hotel room was very clean and tidy with a smell of fresh smell. There is a pool just outside the hotel as well as a beautiful blue sea right next to it. It was definitely a holiday I will NEVER forget

Hotel was nice and clean animation did thier job with pride the room maid reception and the restaurant staff was all good the food was only passable with very poor selection of sweets only a few cakes and odd bit of fruit. One negitive point there is an odball male cleaner who harrases the young female guests and blocks there way out of the toilet he asks the guests for telephone nos and to add them on facebook my wife was very shaken by this it was reported to reception by my wife and a german guest unfortunally not much action wad taken as the man was still.there after reporting apart from this our stay was enjoyable

Needs updating and more variety in the food.
Food gets boring after 10 days. Not enough variety. When dining room busy was hard to find a clean table to sit at. Rooms do not look like the pictures, very deceiving. Did not get sick so that is good. The saddest part is the garbage everywhere. Pool was very cold, not heated. Indoor pool was warm. No Jacuzzi!

what I liked : good service, excellent and diverse food, a lot of activities to do from 10am to 10pm, free snack and beer even if we were not All Inclusive. what I disliked : we booked a room with one big bed but they gave us a room with two linked single beds, moreover our room was the only one without a bath !! every time we took a shower there was like a flood in the room. Nonetheless, we enjoyed our stay and next time I book this hotel I will specify that I need a room with a BATH. Rating 4/5.

Adequate hotel
We stayed here for a week in March, after a dreadful experience at the airport we arrived at 0300am. The man at reception was indeed polite however took forever to check us into our room. Once shown to the room we had a view of a concrete slab and not much else, but as it was so late and we were tired we stayed that night. - incidentally another guest told us she was initially given the same view despite asking specifically for the pool view. The next morning it transpired that the towel rail and hook behind the door was broken as well as the toilet not flushing properly. We asked to move rooms which they did oblige with after a few hours, and were given the poolside view. The receptionists in the day however weren't very polite and it seemed as if it was a real bother to them to move us to a different room. The room itself was pretty standard with a very narrow bath, the bed was adequate. The reception itself was very nice and location right on the beach was ideal, however there wasn't much to do outside of the complex. The food was nice with a good variety and the waiters were very helpful. The spa was also an added bonus however of average standard - again we were kept waiting for a long time between treatments. I wouldn't go back to Tunisia because of other experiences unrelated to the hotel - however not everyone was friendly and willing to help. A 3star hotel rather than 4.

Ignore negative reviews I have just come back, yes good and bad parts I can pick out, before I went I tried contacting the hotel they never answered their phone, coming back I understand there is one lady on reception the phone continuously rings as she is so busy doing everything fantastic worker doing too many jobs. I found the food fine its not English food which I think a lot of people are looking for, no problems with food as they have several restaurants to choose, I went with my teenage age daughter and we were treated great. We went all inclusive so I don't know what is is like on other basis. The staff were all very helpful to us, I would recommend this hotel, only not for a quiet retreat as there was a lot of people adults and kids, extremely big hotel.

Rien à redire. Séjour parfait. Le seul bémol, c'était le WiFi qui ne fonctionnait pas, c'est dommage dans un établissement de ce type en 2021. Sinon personnel de grande qualité, rien à redire sur l'hygiène, la restauration était impeccable.

Nous avions loué cet hôtel car nous nous y sommes mariés il y a 10 ans Nous nous sommes dit allons y avec les enfants leur montrer et repasser un très bon moment Quel erreur !!! A l’arrivée notre chambre était loué On nous a proposé 2 chambres communiquantes à 22h non faite !!! Aucun responsable à qui parlait Lendemain on nous redonne une chambre mais on doit transférer les bagages nous meme Réservation vue mer qui n’est pas vu mer! Nourriture insipide, aucun choix la même chose à chaque repas Rien pour les enfants tout trop épicé Aucun service, un personnel quasi inexistant et peu nombreux Des responsables qui fuient les clients lorsque l’on veut leur parler

bon acceuil ...dans votre offre taxes et frais sont inclus mais a l’hôtel nous oblige a payer la taxe ..... la chambre propre mais trop petite pour 4 pax n'est pas spacieuse ....personnel extraordinaire ...le restaurant est juste ( qulité/prix ) .....dans l'ensemble le séjour est acceptable ...
