"First of all, the hallway had a strong urine odor. The bathroom in our room had no shower curtain, no shampoo, etc, just towels. We did not realize this until later in the day, after coming back from a round of golf and dinner. By then we were exhausted and in no mood to start waiting for housekeeping or switching rooms. Terribe experience!"
"The first room i had i was literaly stuck to the floor when i went to tell front desk lady was very rude. She did change my room. Im assuming people live there couple arguing hitting the walls salming doors cops. Went to front desk about towels gave 1 wash cloth 2 towels for 2 people"
"Basic hotel, not the usual Hyatt experience. When we checked in, no one was at desk & finally noticed a lady sitting to the side of lobby watching tv. She came over to get us checked in & while I was talking, she actually got the tv remote out & turned the volume up. Just very unprofessional. Breakfast was ok, not the usual standard for Hyatt."
"When I checked in the desk clerk told me, by the way the elevators aren’t working and I have no other rooms available except the 2nd floor you’ll have to use the stairs. We had heavy luggage and bags and coolers. The pool was dirty and the place was outdated!"
"Our room was clean, which is about the only positive I can say.
The neighborhood is very industrial, sometimes scary. The hotel is right next to a cannabis facility.
One of the elevators didn't work the whole weekend. The wait was about 8 minutes in the morning to try to get to the lobby with the one existing elevator
The advertised pool has been filled in.
Our blinds were broken and didn't roll down. The tv didn't work, and we were told there was nothing that could be done. The bathroom had a huge chip in the vanity. The shower continually switched back to running bath water.
Breakfast was available, but abysmal.
The entire facility needs an update inside. The bottom floor has been done and is very nice, but the rest of the facility is in pretty rough shape."
