Clean well managed hotel. Comfortable rooms and excellent breakfast choice. Staff very helpful and friendly. Good central location for visiting tourist attractions as close to Underground stations.Would definitely recommend.

Lula from the front desk night shift was very kind and informative. She helped us with the air conditioning system and showed us how to open the windows in different ways. The buffet was very good. We only enjoyed it one day because of the $20 price per person. It would be good to secure the loose tiles at the bottom of the left stairs when exiting the front door.

Would definitely recommend
Great location between two train stops. Lots of restaurants nearby. Very walkable. There is road noise, but that didn't bother us. Staff were very friendly. We had breakfast there two of our days. Plenty of options (even for vegans!)

Perfectly fine, nothing extraordinary
The room was quite nice and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would have preferred fluffier towels, and a bed that wasn't as hard as a cement block, but overall it was fine. Don't use their online service requests during your stay, it won't work! I made several requests (room service, towels) during my stay but in the end I always had to go to the front desk and they would tell me they didn't receive any request. It would be less annoying just to go to the desk in the first place; they should probably stop paying for whatever web service they are using...overall though I had a perfectly fine stay.

A lot of road noise in our room even with the window closed. Unable to redeem a free drink from the bar due to lack of staffing. But very clean, comfortable and good breakfast. Convenient location. Staff efficient and friendly.

We booked a standard room but it did not have a coffee machine, so we asked for a bigger room which did have the machine.Th upgrade cost us 10 Euro a night. Breakfast was very good. Having a parking space was great. Staff was always helpful.

Nice hotel and good location especially for public transport. Avoid being at the front of the hotel especially on a low floor as you will hear traffic, etc from outside so disturb sleep.

Beautiful, modern hotel with lovely rooms. We had two rooms next to each other and both were great. Nice location, comfortable beds, nice bathroom, quiet inside--loved everything about it!

Very Pleasant Stay
Friendly and efficient check-in. Room was clean, bright and well furnished with a very comfy bed. Hotel was fully renovated in 2017. A nice touch is that you get a free drink if you agree not to have maid service between the first and second night's stay. No much around the hotel, but 50m from a U-bahn station.

Great service, good breakfast!
Clean, modern hotel with small but cozy rooms. Service was exceptional and the attention to Corona measures and hygiene standard was very high. Highly recommend as the location is nice as well!

The staff were excellent and very helpful. Unfortunately I had a room with a smelly bathroom (due to bad plumbing in room above or neighbouring room). Basic room has design flaws - bathroom floor always got wet after shower; insufficient hooks for hanging towels; placement of tap in the hallway sink... Kettle and coffee cups also not supplied by default though you could ask for them from the concierge. Wish it could have been a better experience.

Positives: Excellent, helpful, welcoming reception staff. We arrived three hours before check-in time, expecting to have to leave our luggage and come back later but the gentleman ( dark hair, glasses), on duty did his best too find us rooms that were ready - which he did. He then, without being asked (not always the case in hotels), provided us with very useful local transport and restaurant information.His colleagues, Herr Malte in the bar and Herr Anton on the desk, were likewise excellent at making us feel at home. Breakfast room manager and staff - excellent customer service. Lounge-bar and breakfast room comfortable and inviting. The breakfast buffet - Excellent Beds very comfortable - both soft and firm pillows provided. Soundproofing against both traffic noise and noise from other rooms excellent. Improvements needed: Standard double rooms - very cramped, only suitable for single occupancy Insufficient, badly designed hanging space for clothes. No storage space. Hand basin the room situated directly by the door - difficult when two people in the room. Bathroom cramped -shower tray leaked on to floor, trickling into room (design fault) - reported it and were immediately offered a room change but not worth it for one night. Room superficially clean but needed deep clean - especially bathrooms (drain smell in one of the two rooms we had - noticed this on using shower on last night of stay). Suggest housekeeper is more thorough in checking cleaning standards.

Rooms were tasteful contemporary design, well laid out, comfortable furniture. Closet was large enough with enough hangers and a place for tall items. Lobby was comfortable and inviting with a bar and even a small overflow seating area with a library. Staff were friendly and helpful. Cozy and inviting, I'd definitely stay at this property again.
