"The hotel was extremely disappointing and clearly not well maintained. The property appeared neglected, with dirty common areas and a guest room that did not meet basic cleanliness standards. There was visible dirt and grime throughout the room, and mold was present in multiple areas, creating an unsanitary and concerning environment. The overall condition of the room made the stay uncomfortable and unpleasant. In addition, the staff was not helpful when concerns were raised, showing little interest in addressing issues or assisting guests. Overall, the poor upkeep, lack of cleanliness, presence of mold, and unhelpful service made for a very negative experience."
