The resort is beautiful. Was so nice to relax and use the pool and room service. The music outside the room however played all day and into the night - it was loud and repetitive lift music that did not aid in relaxation. The spa was amazing! Reception tried to charge us 2500 rupees for a taxi to the airport, when the standard is 1200 rupees.

Soul Vacations experience Dec 2022
Our room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Restaurant staff were serving with a smile. Surroundings were peaceful and relaxing. Pool and surroundings were well maintained and clean. The staff was very attentive, courteous, and always ready to help. Colva beach is a five minute walk away. This is an excellent place to stay. The only negative experiences we had were with mosquitoes and when the air-conditioning stopped working half way during our stay and couldn't be repaired. Thankfully the fan was working so we could manage the unusually hot weather. The spray/fogging that the hotel carries out is not sufficient to eliminate the mosquitoes. We did not use the Spa or Ayurveda facilities so I cannot comment on them.

Disappointing stay in Goa
Very disappointing for our holidays in Goa. The room was horrible, the water from commode was leaking. After complaints also the reception doesn’t like to change the room. The front desk person was lying no room available. But I found nearby room empty, after letting know the front desk person was hesitating to give the room. As I complained to Hotels.com virtually and in fact I told them I have no options but to leave the hotel. Finally we just moved to the other room which was relatively better. Nothing is good, we went to the restaurant on first night was full of mosquitoes. The overs conditions of the property is old and not at all good.

Nice relaxing location and raw with it. This is South Goa and the surrounding area reflect this. People are friendly enough and the beach is nice too.

Soul vacation resort Colva
Excellent location close to beach but not on the main road. Staff at hotel excellent in every aspect and couldn’t be more helpful. A tranquil,peaceful escape from the chaos of India. Rooms immaculate with clean sheets and towels everyday. Overall an excellent place to stay if visiting Colva.

Great place to stay.
Second time staying here staff was extremely helpful with a slight issue we was having with our wifi connection and moved us to another room where we could get a better connection. It's locally central with 2 minutes walk from the beach. I recommend the luxury room over the deluxe , we stayed in both but found this one more spacious and comfortable.

Surprise - here I will give my soul a vacation
I was surprised when entering the hotel, surely I will give my soul a vacation here - was my first thought. My room was spacious, lovely interieur and bright. The bathroom was accessed by wing door, warm marmor/sandstone was the main material, acompanyied by modern mountings. The rainfall shower back from the beach or the pool...herrlich! Towels and roomservice daily. The menu of the hotels restaurant gave an insight into local cuisine, but shurely one will visit some of the nearby restaurants and places. Bar and restaurant open till 23.oo, after that was nachtruhe - time for relaxing the soul. Strengthen it up again with a breakfast, for me personaly not before 9.oo ;) It took me only 10 minutes walk accessing the beach, and there are many, and very beautiful ones there, more appreciable then the North Goans to me. The hotel staff was very pleased to be in assistance: describing me the way to the local post office, arranging a tour with a riksha or my airport dropoff havent been a problem for them.

The service at Soul was truly exceptional! All of the staff was super super nice and helpful and went out of the way to accommodate us. The only thing we didn't enjoy was the food. The breakfast and also other meals that we had: the food quality and taste was very poor. The spa was really good: they have a limited list of services but they are done well and are well priced. I did get some skin irritation after the full body scrub so would be good if they had used better quality products but overall would definitely go back. Also wi-fi did not work for our entire stay and there was very poor network where our rooms were so that definitely needs improvement.

I have had an excellent time at Soul Vacation hotel. All the staff where very friendly and helpful, at times they went above and beyond what is expected of them. The room I stayed in was very clean and spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The food was exceptional, highly recommended was the Red Snapper, which is fresh.

Worst Nightmare - Hard to find the hotel.
The hotel is hard to find and when we finally reached the hotel the staff ran away saying that we need to call a number to check in. When we called the phone number no one picked up the phone. After an hour we looked for another hotel and checked ourselves in. Went back the next day and the same thing happened. Will never recommend this to anyone.

We enjoyed Goa very much but the property is not upto par. The rooms have mould and bacteria and is highly avoidable for sensitive people and kids especially. They smell very badly and the management knows this. They spray a large amount of room fresher to hide this smell. The rooms are old, run down and lack comfort. For the price paid we expected much much more. The location is inconvenient and not at all close to any nice beach. Nice hotel for Goa Stay
We stayed here for 2 nights and found this hotel is a real good deal for stay near a beach. It allows you to enjoy the beach as well as the hotel with feels like a holiday in itself. Positives: The staff is nice, restaurant is nice just a bit slow but who cares on a holiday, walkable to the beach, hotel has a compound for added safety from outside. Cons: Not much negative about the hotel, they just couldnt find a taxi for us for return I guess they can improve on this. But be very very careful with the commercial touts outside the hotel and nearer the beach, bike hire from there is a NO NO as all hirers there are a same group and they will intimate you and treat u like a dog. Do not hire from the bike hirer which is few doors from the hotel, he is a real bad dealer. These people near the colva beach are shame on goa but if you stay away from them you should be fine.

We stayed 2 nights in Dec 2015 and expected a far better room at Rs. 6000/- a night. The proximity of the hotel to the beach is good but that's about it; we had to keep the curtains closed since it wasn't really pleasing outside by the road. The room structure seemed very fragile although the beds and furniture were good. Breakfast was fine; the hotel should promote spa facilities if that's what they consider that a value proposition for/with their property. Come what may, I am definitely not spending that much on this place to stay there again!

Lovely small hotel in central colva village
This was one of our favourite hotels in Goa .Firstly it caters well for European guests.THe food was excellent.THe curries superb and the tiger prawns to die for, all reasonably priced.infact all restaurants in colva were the best overall food we had in Goa.The room we had was clean.Tge bed was big and comfy.The bathroom was a little dated but worked fine.The pool was small but had sun beds and big day beds( great for those who like shade) .it had a small garden where u can have a coffee or food.tHey had a spa.i had a massage which was good but the building was like a old shed, so u had nowhere to chill after ur massage with a tea and some scented candles after.overall we loved this place.Staff were always smiling and helpful.bEach was three mins walk so we're restaurants and shops.lovely safe ambiance .ps left my Goa books in the room by mistake if anyone wants to have a read (lol)

Nice hotel for middle of the road traveller .it has a basic but clean hotel with a very comfortable bed with air con.clean small pool with sun loungers and day beds.lovely restaurant on site with very good food.curries are excellent so was the grilled prawns at good prices.beach is two minute walk away so are the shops and restaurants.pre paid taxi from airport was 700 rupees (£7.00)

Great staff, very friendly and courteous from the General Manger down to the room attendants. I would recommend this hotel to all my friends visiting Goa.
