Worst stay
Apart from the beach access, everything else is not up to the mark. It is a kind of running down resort. Room Was spacious but Room had termites and cockroaches. Hotel staff did not bother to deliver luggage in room. Breakfast and main course food is downgraded. Outsiders also gets inside the property to access their homes from the same entrance.

Location of the property is nice. Totally different than it shows online. Really dirty bathrooms. Smelly rooms. No reception except one ugly old table. Surprise how this property is on Expedia.

Do not recommend at all
Not as shown in photos at all. Very misleading. I complained, and was showed several equivalent suites, but all the same. I did move to one for the 2nd night as I had no sleep the 1st night. Old. Dirty. A/C not in proper working order. 1st room had a horrific smell.... Staff were great.. thank goodness for this

The worst and most unpolite experience
Very crumpy and unpolite service at the reception and we had to wait long with three kids for them to give us the keys to the Rooms. The pool was ok nice but after being there 1/2 hour they closed it to clean it for the rest of the day. The breakfast was not worth waiting for and we had breakfast on the beach. We are not comming back!

Dirty old and rude
On arrival the first impression of the resort was dirty crumbling buildings. The reception staff were unwelcoming and rude and disinterested. The room was dark, no wifi In the room filthy shower (so bad we didn't use it) tea cups had a black hair in and sticky sugar residue. We asked for a pot of hot water in the "bar" area and when poured some brown particles came out. The following morning we asked for a bottle of water that never arrived. We were not shown where the restaurant was for breakfast. A truly terrible experience and I strongly urge people not to go there as there is so much choice of accommodation in Goa and this one must be avoided! We left after one night despite having a reservation for another night

Quick walk to the beach
This hotel was pretty good. A few small issues were that the wifi did not work in all rooms and we had trouble getting the hot water to work. We also had a problem getting the air conditioning to be set at a reasonable setting (it was either normal air or ice box). On the other hand, we had a comfortable bed, breakfast was good, and we were a very quick walk to the beach. I can also tell you that some of our friends were staying a block away from us at L'Amore and we counted our blessings because our hotel was far better.

Only stayed for 1 night. 2 mins walk to the beach but quite a walk into the resort itself. Breakfast ok. Toast eggs coffee tea fruit cereal. Seemed to be a lot more Russian travellers here than english

Good stay
Benaulim has a fantastic beach. Extremely clean and the waters are terrific. The hotel did not have water supply on one of the days stay but the staff managed to provide additional supply. Rooms are clean and I'd recommend this hotel definitely for a good decent holiday without expecting too much.

Too qiuet and no music so a bit dissapointed
An easy walk to the shacks on the beach but they too were restriced as to amount and level of music. Afer talking to many of the Goans, we found that the most part of visitors there were Russian and did not want music so locals were worried about the Russians and not whhat the British or anyone else wanted.

good hotel but average location
I was there in the month of December 2013, I was expecting some fun filled activities inside the hotel but it was very deserted n the bar is also not happening .....quite empty and swimming pool is also empty. No activities. Hotel mgt is good. They had upgraded our room to a suite as there was maintenance job in general room. I didn't like the location. It is far from beach and the hotel is situated at the opposite side of the beach. You can not get any essence or vibes of the sea from the hotel This property is perfect for office tour.

Nothing like the photos
The hotel description and photos are not representative of the actual hotel. This facility is a small part of a larger time share and privately owned development. The majority of properties are in poor condition and the pool area is grubby and surrounded by ugly un kept buildings. There is an open sewer outside the foyer area. The breakfast service in the hotel was chaos and barely edible may guests were complaining every morning. The room service was the most appalling I have ever experience in 30 years of travelling. I had booked this hotel for 15 nights over the Christmas period, I was so unhappy with the condition of the complex and hotel service I left after 4 days and found great quality accommodation at a fraction of the cost in Patnum. The hotel offered no refund options. The services guide in the room boasts Internet and DVD player hire. The DVD player mentioned was the one to used to play music in the reception area and the staff would not allow me to hire it. The Internet service turned out to be a home built computer in a cupboard inside the Managers office.

I was unimpressed with my stay at the Lotus Resort Cottages. The rooms had the potential to be nice and were reasonably furnished. And its close to the beach. That was probably the only good thing. The staff seemed to try hard but had less direction than lemmings. The toilets and water in the bathroom had a strange habit of surging causing the toilet to frequently flush itself. The breakfast was meagre and bland and the buildings and facilities were run down. The pool area was under renovations and not part of the hotel but a wider facility. The resort was not worth what I paid for on expedia and was the most disappointing part of my travel to India.

Vi synes ikke hotellet svarede til set vi forventede. Var ikke 3 stjerner værd. Flere fejl og mangler. Dårlig udsigt, fra vores balkon. For dårlig morgenmad, burde være mere internationalt, og for lidt plads mellem bordene.

Gemütliche Apartments in Strandnähe
Von Deutschland war ich im Januar 2016 allein und zum ersten Mal nach Goa gereist. Diese Unterkunft hatte ich mir im Internet ausgesucht. Für meinen Erholungsurlaub hatte ich lediglich 6 Übernachtungen gebucht. Meine Erwartungen wurden in jeder Hinsicht übertroffen: sauberer Sandstrand, herrliches Badevergnügen im Meer; erholsame Spaziergänge am weitläufigen Sandstrand; gemütliches Apartment in Strandnähe; herrliche Anlage mit sauberem Außenpool; Wasserkocher, Tee, Kaffee und Tassen im Zimmer; Frühstück mit Angebot an frisch gepressten Säften; hilfsbereites und freundliches Personal; ein Gefühl von Sicherheit und Schutz durch den Concierge-Service; ständige Mobilität durch Taxis vor dem Hotel ... Fazit: Ich würde jederzeit dort wieder Urlaub machen. Deshalb sage ich: Herzlichen Dank - und Auf Wiedersehen!

Хорошее соотношение цена-качество. У нас был очень удобный номер - гостиная, спальня, кухня с полным набором посуды, газовой плитой и холодильником, 2 кондиционера - 1 в гостиной, 2-й в спальне. Обстановка простая, но всё чисто. Завтраки скудные, но так во многих индийских отелях. До пляжа минут 5 ходьбы. Остановились бы здесь повторно.

Перебои с электричеством
Неплохой отель для своей категории. Чистое белье и полотенца, номер убирают каждый день. Территория отеля опрятная и уютная, отличное расположение(пляж в 5 минутах пешком от отеля). Еда не очень разнообразная, но все очень вкусно и чисто. Единственный и огромный минус в том, что на протяжение всего отдыха каждый день и ночь в отеле отключали электричество, как только генератор включали снова, в нашем номере(217) выбивало пробки. Как результат не работал кондиционер и вентилятор. Сказать честно, к нам сразу кто-то приходил( по нашей просьбе) и пытался устранить эту проблему. Еще в номере не было холодильника(но об этом мы знали заранее, поэтому это не жалоба), приходилось постоянно бегать в бар за льдом, либо пить теплую воду, а при температуре более +35 и неработающем кондиционере это проблема. Ну а в остальном все достаточно прилично и комфортно.

VARNING!!
This hotel is a Disaster! Problems with everything! We got wrong room according to our booking. We manage to change room after 24 hours and many many discussions! Receptionists are very unpleasant and don’t want to help. Some of them hang up the phone when they don’t understand English. The price was very expensive according to standard and other hotels we visited during the same vacation. Maintenance is very neglect. The breakfast is good but that’s the only ting. IF you want to have a good vacation – choose a other hotel!
