Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. From the moment we arrived to the time we left the the staff were welcoming, accommodating, helpful and courteous. In fact, my experience with Holiday Inn started when I booked the hotel a few months ago. I emailed several times and each time they responded quickly, efficiently, politely and with helpful information. Nothing was ever too much for them and their communication skills are excellent - this gave me great confidence after I made the booking. (Other hotels lacked this which did not give me the reassurance I needed). As far as I am concerned, my holiday starts when I have made the booking and having reassurance is extremely important otherwise instead of looking forward to it, you can be worried. Thank you to all those staff on the front desk who responded to my emails. Also a big thank you to concierge for going to the pharmacy to get me medicine for the infected bites I had. The hotel was extremely clean and the staff throughout were extremely accommodating especially to some of the dietary requirements we had. Thank you to all the chefs for making us the dishes we required. We celebrated two wedding anniversaries and the staff acknowledged this. We also organised a surprise private beach dinner which was beautiful and a lovely experience - thank you Praveen for this. The hotel has a private access to the beach, well worth it. The beach was extremely clean, even the water was clear, so so clean! I was extremely impressed with it!

Excellent and beautiful in every way. Its location is isolated from Cavelossim 3 km to the north such that one must take a cab to get to alternative restaurants at the rate of 1.25/mile. BYI there are no cars for rent at GOI airport but there is a place just before departing the airport doors where they will give a ticket of what should pay your driver to get to the hotel (1330 rupees) so that you won’t get ripped. There are two schedules of taxi charges: the real one, and then the higher what I dub as the hotel rates. We were very fortunate to find an excellent driver with a more spacious, well air conditioned vehicle. We asked him to drive us to the spice farm in the SE corner of Goa and the national park a few miles further southeast. He had never been there before and joined us in the spice tour(outstandingly!). Two days later we asked us to drive us via a short ferry boat ride to Divar island to see some very old cathedrals. He had never been there either. We continued that trip to North Goa only a few block from the ferry slip. Alfred was our driver’s name (ph; 91-9823215674 (taxi GA-08,U7034). A major problem, indeed altercation with management occurred upon departure: they refused to honor two free passes to the Zest Cafe, a breakfast and a dinner. Both my wife and I clearly heard the offer and presented cards to surrender at the cafe. We offered to split the costs of those meals, but they refused. This is a major lack of integrity!

Property is huge and well maintained. Rooms are tad smaller and not spacious as compared to other similar properties we have stayed. Food on day 1 was cold and average. But after giving the feedback they improved the food on day 2 and 3. Their evening cooks are better than the afternoon ones. Also their charges for cab is higher. Overall an enjoyable stay.

We had an amazing time at this well maintained beach-front property. Staff is very attentive and helpful. Thanks for making our stay more pleasant. Various (vegetarian) options for breakfast at in-house restaurant Zest. Other two in-house restaurants Fig and Olive as well as Beach Grill also have good menu. Food was tasty at all 3 restaurants and had very good dinner experience at Beach Grill with live music Special thanks to Prashant and Binita for helping with our early check-in and late check-out requests as possible. Only downside during our trip was exorbitant prices charged by taxi/cab providers when hiring them outside/around the property due to monopoly kind of setting i.e. No ola, uber as well as no outside taxi/cab provider willing to take the ride due to influence of local taxi group in the specific area. This seemed to be the case in south goa specifically. Since Goa is one of the major tourist destination, more transport options shall be made available and expecting hotel/resorts association to influence this.

Everything about this property is 5-star : from comfort to service. Unfortunately, throughout the 3 nights when we we there, there were multiple events going on, with loud music thumping away, and huge crowds all over the hotel grounds. Its a serene property to spend quality time with loved once. You can spend whole day in beach without having to worry about getting back to hotel, also enjoy shack around and beach sports. Pool is very good and spend lot of time in the beach. All kind of grill options available.

Good for one visit, but level of service declining
This was my third trip to this property, but first, with family (however same was not recognized in my bill or IHG membership was updated despite I mentioned it), overall this property as usual is one of the good ones in Goa, but the level of service has dropped a lot since my first trip to it in 2017, and food quality went worse, despite we don't like to waste food we had to literally gulp down whatever we ordered to fill in & a lot of food was wasted. Feedback was shared chef, but not much was done about it. We were fortunately kept on a pool/sea view side room on the second floor, rooms are smaller than generally found at this price tag in Goa, but views are great, the property is certainly kid-friendly, but to my surprise that so hyped kids stay & eat for the free policy of Holiday Inn was translated by the hotel staff as only free milk, mashed potatoes, daliya etc. for a 3-4 year-old kid. The major disappointment came on our stay's last night when we found the property is hosting a 3-4 day wedding which of course was an inconvenience as you come here for peace & tranquillity, not for chaos, perhaps hotel should have indicated such event is being hosted at time of booking, I would have certainly changed the travel dates. Anyways, the overall stay was satisfactory but not worth visiting again with family.

Good South Goa private Beach Resort
Holiday Inn Goa is a good basic 5 star resort, extremely good value for money, good 3 restaurants, a private beach, good swimming pool, great staff, great service. Good food at the Fig and Olive Italian restaurant, and excellent fresh sea food at their beach restaurant.

I loved this property as it was right next to the beach. Great for anyone who is looking for isolation or party since the structure of your property allows you both. The staff is super friendly and personally connects and caters to the guest's needs. What I loved the most is the food, such a nice spread for breakfast and dinner. The pool is big, the gym is sea facing (a bit distant) Overall a 5/5 for me and would love to visit again.

Property is located at a prime spot with a good view to the sea. Food option for both veg and meat lovers was good. Some of the staff members stood beyond their regular service to help the guest. Furniture and other goods are way to old to be there in a five star hotel like Holiday Inn. The most disappointing bit about my experience during the 5 nights stay was that I was been made to sleep on a broken bed for first 2 nights before an official photo was been taken of the bed and shown to the manager. And a day before I was about to leave the premise. A senior citizen member of our family had a mishap with an elevator even after it was been reported to the staff members 15 hours prior to the incident. After the incident the staff member put up a note on the elevator that it's out of service. It was one of the shocking experience we had as a family.

Wonderful South Goa Property
Overall, an exceptional experience. Firstly, the property is very nice, it's sprawling, spread-out, ample space to cycle around and even take walks. It is not close to a Beach! It is ON the Beach ... and that just adds to the experience. The pool is well appointed and the kitchen - very special. But the most important aspect is that of service ... every staff we interacted with was very focussed on guest needs. Our family had specific dietary requirements - Vegan and gluten-free and they took pains to whip up wonderful food. Chef Anthony, Ramdu, Snehit all from the Zest Restaurant are exceptional people.

Location is excellent and staff is awesome very polite and have good attitude. Service is great From reception to room service to restaurant. staff doing great job. Food is excellent here. Overall property is great.would recommend this property its very peaceful property.

Great hotel and exceptional service. Ideal Place for a peaceful holiday and a great bar overlooking the beach. 24 hours coffe shop serves amongst the finest food one can eat in south Goa.
