Work space very minimal. Staff is very apologetic. Rooms were not so clean. Bedding needs improvements. Bathroom sink and tub were scummy and cleaning the room daily fail cleanliness... refrigerator and microwave need to be cleaned and sanitizing... maintenance is very much needed for improvements. Parking lot needs to be well maintained. The whole place has to have a whole makeover.

No Room @ The Inn

We never got to check into hotel. Our reservation was cancelled by the hotel itself. Received a call on 11/6 stating there was a hotel leak & some rooms were flooded, hence their cancelation of our reservation.

The hotel is ok. The TV was good, and the bed is ok. The floor was dirty and the steps to the 2nd floor is not that good. I booked a 1 King bed, but when I got there, there were no more king beds available. They gave me 2 gueen beds. There was a table in the room, but there is no room around it. The heater in the room did not work. And the microwave oven did not heat the food like it should. The glass inside the microwave oven did not turn like it was supposed to. I checked out early and the hotel did not want to refund me.

When I went to check in, the manager was not there and the person he left in charge did not know how to check in customers using a debit card. He had us pay cash for our stay and then did not give a receipt when checking out. When I tried to ask for an extra key, she did not understand what I was saying. She was not help at all. I was very disappointed in my stay at this place. I am never going back to this facility again. It was such a disappointment

Knigths Inn, Globe

Motel de base, sans aucun "plus" et en voie de décrépitude. Accueil peu aimable. "Complementary breakfast" inexistant. Placé le long d'une route bruyante. Par contre, le centre ville de Globe, accessible à pied, est intéressant, avec ses bâtiments anciens.
