"After working over 17 hours in really crappy conditions I made it to the hotel. The young lady at the front desk was so nice to talk to. She quickly got me checked in. The was very good at listening to my room needs. Very polite and helpful. She represented herself and the hotel very well. I wish I had asked her her name. I stay in Gillette a time or two per month. This is my go-to hotel!"

"While our stay didn’t go exactly as planned, the staff made all the difference. When we arrived, our room wasn’t ready until around 5:30 p.m., roughly two and a half hours after the published check-in time. Normally, that would have been incredibly frustrating, but the staff handled the situation exceptionally well. They were honest and transparent, explaining that our original room had been heavily damaged by the previous occupants and that they were working hard to prepare an alternative room with a limited staff. More importantly, they seemed genuinely concerned about the inconvenience and kept us informed throughout the process. We were in town for baseball, and the staff was also very accommodating when it came to a late checkout. Our game schedule conflicted with the standard checkout time, and they worked with us to make things easier, which we greatly appreciated. The breakfast was fairly typical for a hotel. While I wouldn’t choose the hotel specifically for the food, it did offer healthier options than many hotels provide. At the end of the day, things don’t always go perfectly when traveling. What matters is how people respond when they don’t, and this team did an outstanding job. Their kindness, honesty, and willingness to help turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a positive one. We left with a smile and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended."
