This Hotel was decent for the price. However, the person that checked us in was not friendly or welcoming at all! The morning staff seemed much friendlier but first impressions are everything and I would not stay at this hotel again! I’d pay the extra $40 and stay at the hotel next door!

Just off of the main highway, the property is nice for a "smaller town" in the Midwest. Check in was easy and quick. My room was generally great, clean and quiet, with just a couple of exceptions: 1. The TV controller was broken. 2.The fan in the bathroom sounded like a multi-engined aircraft taking off! 3. Some of the floor tile near the edge of the carpet in the look have come loose from the floor and feel weird walking on them. On the positive side, the desk clerk had my TV controller quickly replaced and was quick and efficient. Lots of close parking and the normal free breakfast options. Just down the block is the main street and there are many stores and restaurants, but kind of a far walk for most. Overall, I would definately stay there again.

Non functioning toilet, took some confrontation to remedy, fought to get lukewarm water, non functioning coffee maker, staff couldn’t keep up with breakfast, tub hardly drained, couldn’t get television to finish its ‘downloading’.

Air conditioning was warmer than the shower. Many other guests complaining over several days there was no hot water. The a/c in my room NEVER GOT COLD & kept turning off. TV wasn't working; had to have maintenance work on it. WAS NOT A STANDARD KING BED; smaller & shorter. Shame when owners 'go cheap' & spoil what could be a decent hotel.

The room had a dirty smell. It’s not what I was expecting from the radison. Hydro was off around 8am. No one around to say what happened and no one to say when we’d expect hydro. Couldn’t shower. Left early 9:10. Needed to get going if couldn’t prep for the day

This hotel needs some serious work done to it. It was dirty. The toilet didn't work from the moment we got in the room. Was supposed to stay 8 days here, only stayed one then went to the Hilton instead. Bathroom door had a hole in it. Not sure if the broken water head for sprinkler system for fires would have helped anything.

The lady that checked us in wa Avery nice and she cared for our needs. There was one big big in the wall. Then one of our lunch bag was full of ants. This is a no pet hotel and there was a dog in one of the rooms. Needs more detailed cleaning. I did like that the rooms were big. And sheets and towels very clean.

I’m shocked that Radisson’s name is on the sign. Honestly! The hotel is below Raddison’s standards. The indoor pool wasn’t being heated at all. It’s been categorized as completely remodeled. It’s not! The mattresses are old with a 3 to 4 inch sag in the middle. The toilets look just like the toilets in an elementary school. It would be an issue for elderly guests getting up and down on them. When you flush them it fills up and took over 20 minutes to go down. Them have the hot water set at a low setting to save money. Showers are warm, not hot at all. If you’re visiting the Auburn Indiana area my advice is to stay at this hotel as a true last resort. It was a bad experience for me and my family.
