I appreciated the cleanliness of the towels and linens and the bathroom. However the carpet was worn, dirty and musky. The breakfast area needs upgrading also.

This is not meant to be a five-star hotel. It's dated, has some odd odors in the hall and some staining. Would be nice if the televisions were Hi-Def, but it's not that kind of hotel. The beds were clean, the shower was hot and the water pressure good and the staff was nice enough. For what it is, it's fine. If you want more than the basics, then you should look elsewhere.

You get what you pay for. If you have reliable transportation to NY it's a great place to stay. It's clean, not "my wife clean", but good enough to survive a 3 night stay. Decent breakfast to get your day started. If you are looking for a place to sleep your stay in NY, this is it.

The staff that worked here were very kind and willing to assist when we asked for help. I was just disappointed when we arrived that the sheets on the bed were dirty. They replaced them immediately, and apologized profusely but it was still an inconvenience. There was only one elevator operating and the staff that cleaned used it as well so if you caught them in there, you’d have to wait for the next one. We ultimately ended using the stairs since it took way too long to wait for the elevator. Otherwise, my boyfriend and I thought it could be a very cute hotel if taken better care of.

This place was the probably my worst experience in my hotel life. My first night I notice that bed sheet was not clean and the carpet was old and dirty. I didn't want to take my shoe off. The bathroom seem like it was dated in the 70's and no much changed. The lobby smelt like Indian curry. The gym room had 3 trend mills and only 2 was working. The gym was so small, I didn't stay to bother working out. I was a nightmare to say the least. Luckily, we didn't stay at the hotel long. We were out the whole day and only needed to get some rest. There was so much wrong about this hotel I couldn't put into words. The breakfast area was so small and not inviting. The Ramada hotel chain is not the same chain that my mother use to work for. This was a disgrace to the Ramada hotel name.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in and I’ve been traveling for my job for 30 years ! 2 elevators only one working. The wait for the working one was interminable. The toilet in my room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. The wall television was not made level when it was hung so I could not watch it. I have pictures if needed.

The hotel is dirty. The entire hotel is filthy. When we arrived to our room is was not cleaned, the bed sheets were torn and the sheets and comforter were dirty, the sink and bathtub had hair and the desk was sticky with food residue. We informed reception and they made us switch to three different dirty rooms (2 on the 3rd floor & 1 on the 4th fl. We finally stayed at the last room because the bed was clean, however the sink had hair and desk, floors, toilet and walls were dirty. After a 10 hour drive we wanted to sleep and were tired. No one helped us move our luggage from room to room. I had to keep going down to the desk to get a new key for a new room. The third room that we decided to stay at had a horrible smell. Reception brought us an air freshener, I showed the man the hair in the sink and he shook his head said he will tell the cleaning staff to clean better. There is a bad smell throughout the entire hotel. The next day I asked for more towels and for housekeeping. They only brought us extra towels but never cleaned anything. One of the "clean" towels they brough had a hair in it. The hairdryer did not work. I left a note and it was fixed the next day. There is a noisy congested highway in front of the hotel all night. The hotel staff declined this to hotels.com when they contacted them. They said we only changed rooms 2x not 3x. Unfortunately I never took photos. I showed the staff and they were made aware. Too bad they are not honest people.
