Although we offer housekeeping service every third day of your stay, at any time during your stay, you may stop by the front desk to request additional items such as towels or amenities. I show the incidental hold was released on the day you checked out, so your financial institution will determine how soon it is released from your pending charges. Please keep in mind it was not a charge, so you will not see a refund. We appreciate your feedback and hope you will consider us again.

Hello Ruby, thank you for your feedback. We are a small property with a limited staff in the evenings. Our staff was perhaps using the restroom, but our apologies for any inconvenience. Unfortunately, the magnetic stripe on the key cards are sensitive and tend to deactivate when exposed to heat, or placed next to cell phones and credit cards. Our apologies.
