I arrived the first night, and the TV doesn't work, I pay over $400 a night and can't even watch TV, then take a shower, the handle falls on my foot, and the bidet was leaking water. If the hotel understands service, they would of at least came up to room to try to fix it, it wasn't fixed till the following afternoon. If you are a hotel and your client TV is not working and they are paying $400 a night, let me give you a hint, get them another TV or another room. This is not good service that I had to wait till following evening for my issues to be fixed, and the hotel could of also at least compensate something because of the issues, absolutely nothing! Sad Service
