The high ceilings made the rooms look and feel bigger. Nice and clean.

I would definitely stay here again it was clean and smells really good when we walked into the room. It is a more up to date hotel because sometimes it can be hit or miss. I didn’t eat the breakfast but I saw a lot of people in the dinning area eating.
Nice hotel, clean, and very quiet. However, the staff was very rude and unpleasant. They didn't greet customers at all. The breakfast every morning was the same, boring eggs and link sausage. House keeping was Awesome friendly and helpful. A smile and a simple hello goes a long way.
I had a wonderful stay. The rooms were very clean and large, which is what I wanted. I loved the fitness room filled with weights and the breakfast was okay. I would however like to add that the desk clerks could have been a little bit more warm and a bit more friendly to receive guests.
Generally the hotel was clean, the service was very poor. The staff at the front desk refused to check me in at arrival insisting wait till 4 o clock especially because I did not make the reservation from Comfort inn and suite but from Hotels. Com. She checked a customer in right before that came in after me and make a reservation and also the manager is so in friendly and appears very rude.

The front desk also informed you of our early check in fee. Our Choice Privileges Elite Diamond members or guests who are extending their stay, do not have to pay for early check in. I stayed at the Comfort Inn Fairburn Ga for 3 nights. The staff was super professional and friendly. Free hot Breakfast was very good and hot. Dining room very clean. The housekeepers were very friendly and tended to my needs. My only complaint is the condition of the tub/shower- the handle wasn't on correctly but after a few minutes i figured out how to get the hot water hot. The shower curtain was barely long enough, they had clearly cut off at least 10" instead of replacing it. I found that very ghetto. Other than that the beds super comfy, had a great night's sleep. Very quiet room. I actually liked the eco-friendly hotel only offering room service on Wednesday. Although my stay was Wednesday thru Saturday I didn't need it. I asked for my trash to be emptied and i exchanged my towels once. Otherwise i liked being left alone.
Everything was nice! The bathroom was clean, and the rooms. The only thing that I wasnt sure about, were the sheets in the drawer for the pullout bed. They were wadded up. I think they had been used and thrown back in the drawer...I didnt want my daughter to use them.. they realt need to be check for cleanliness each time. Otherwise, we had a great stay, and the staff were awesome! Thank you
the room we had was not very clean, the bathroom floor was nasty. we had the suite to use the pull-out couch only to discover that it was broken. the property could use some renovations and the staff could be a little more friendly. breakfast was good.
I have to give them a 5 ⭐️. The service, accommodation, complimentary breakfast, neighborhood, cleanliness, price. It was a very comfortable experience and would definitely stay here again when visiting my family.
I booked the property because it was convenient to the interstate. We didn't spend much time at the hotel (Midnight - 8am) but it was fine. The pillows were good and we slept well. Didn't use the shower, any of the facilities, or the included breakfast in our short stay.
I ask for a room close to the elevator for my handicapped mother. We were given a room all the way down to the end of the hall, making it difficult for her to get to, and from the elevator and room. Other than that we were satisfied.
Excellent hotel. 4.5/5 Stars because on the night of check in, no hot/warm water was available at first. After a couple of hours management was able to fix the situation and cut water back on.
