The property is dated, inconveniently located, no vending services, the entire laundry consists of 1 washer and 1 dryer the size that would fit in a two room apartment. The part of the breakfast that is supposed to be hot wasn’t hot on any of the 5 days I was there. I could go on but why bother. If you’re on business or leisure without transportation avoid this place. Although the service people were very nice.

The hotel stay was good, location is ok.Cleanliness is ok The only thing is there wasn’t any tooth brush ,slippers in the room .We were not given proper coffee cups ( given only paper cups) However we have request for it then it is given. Mineral bottled water as stated will be given one a day however wasn’t given for quite a number of days. Overall nice surroundings n well designed interior for tourist. TV reception wasn’t good in some channels and many many channels were in French .Should have added more English channels Thank you

Comfortable stop over spot.
This hotel was quiet and comfortable- it was a stop over point for us after returning from southern France - with easy access to the motorway. It is a very quiet area but there is shopping and a range a range of restaurants nearby and some within walking distance. Check in was simple, rooms were clean and breakfast was good. We enjoyed our stay.

Between average and disappointing
I was expecting better standards for a hotel this fat away from Paris. Room size and equipment were OK, but I was very disappointed with the quality of food the the breakfast buffet, and also the few meal choices in the restaurant. Location is quite bad, if you don't have a car or splash the cash in taxis you need to risk your life walking by the road to get to the closest bus station (not to mention Evry town). The staff was very helpful and welcoming, but it does not cover the fact that it is below expectations for a 4* hotel.

Staff were great. Service was good. Nice touch when the kids were given a toy...one our kids had a nose bleed. The staff were very helpful to say not worry about the sheet and towel....

Very friendly lady on the desk when we checked in; couldn’t have been more helpful. Food in restaurant was good and staff friendly. Biggest flatscreen in room I’ve ever seen. Brilliant for films!

Hotel in need of complete refurbishment
The carpets throughout were stained as was the chair in the room. I booked this hotel as it stated it had air conditioning that was untrue, the control in the room made it clear that the units did not work. The staffing level was appalling, with only 1 staff member available on a Saturday night who was running the dining room, the bar and room service, we had to search her out having waited 15 mins after the restaurant opened, the service was so delayed all components of my meal was stone cooled, however this one member of staff could never offer an appropriate level of service working alone.

Disappointed with this Novotel
Staff were very over stretched only one lady in the bar and then same lady working on her own in the restaurant, Saturday evening! Waited for ever for service in the bar in the afternoon. Only one person in reception taking care of check in ( bus full of tourists, plus other guests trying to heck in and out, no support for a very busy reception. Having stayed the previous night in another Novotel which was great this was a very disappointing experience.😡

My latest stay here has been horrible because housekeeping didn't clean my room, only putting the blanket back on the bed. I brought this to the attention of reception and he got an attitude with me, telling me that housekeeping did clean the room. Needless to say I checked out a day early and the hotel wanted to charge me a fee. I would not recommend this hotel to American tourists.

South side of Ile de France.
Perfect for needing to stay south side of greater Paris area. Not good if you are a tourist wanting to see the Paris sites. For me it was perfect. Efficient, comfortable, quiet and very clean. Witb a great breakfast buffet.

a good and comfortable but hotel in a hidden area.
the hotel has good comfort level and is in a quiet location. I had to leave at 6 oclock in the morning so could not enjoy the breakfast. in the evening saw an exceptional football game which was a nice compensation. will recommend it to people who are busy in this area or fly from Orly Airport

With my 3 yo son, I stayed there over a weekend to attend a wedding in the area. The breakfast is delicious, my son was still asleep from a jet lag they even accomodate a plate of breakfast to take to my room when the little one wakes up. It is located in a quiet area for some good rest...

Loved everything about this hotel. The staff was super helpful and nice. Only a 20 min walk to the train station and they have a bus stop very close to the hotel too. The Breakfast was excellent. Room was very clean and nice.

Hidden gem
A great alternative to fighting the traffic in Paris. 15 minute walk to the train station. Exceptional staff, very comfortable room, quiet neighborhood, nice restaurants nearby, free parking. Will definitely stay there again.
