6/10 Okay

"Housekeeping did not come a single time in the four days and four nights I stayed there. The beds were not made nor was the trash taken out a single time . I had to phone them twice to receive bath towels. I was using Uber eats take out bags as trash bags due to the lack of housekeeping not coming."

River Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"It was expensive, but it was the least expensive hotel I could find in Downtown Chicago. It's only a few blocks away from where The Architecture Tour starts, and it's right on The Chicago River where you can have a relaxing walk by the river. The only negative to this hotel, and it's not the hotel's fault, but it's directly across the street from The Trump Tower."
