"Honestly everything went super well the only reason I'm not writing five stars is because we didn't have an incident where they put us in a room with no air conditioner and we had to move rooms and the pool was closed one day for maintenance but we didn't know about it ahead of time. They're also a couple of times where we were given key cards that didn't work so we had to go switch them out. We also didn't have pool towels the one day that we were able to use the pool and had to wait for about an hour for extra room towels but it was incredibly busy to be fair Overall we enjoyed our stay and I love getting the suite / one bedroom as they are updated and more affordable then other hotels with similar rooms but I prefer these types of rooms as they work better for having small children. Love that we have a mostly complete kitchen only missing an oven it keeps us from spending extra money and plenty of room in the refrigerator. Overall I prefer staying here than other rooms in the area which I do stay in frequently also."
