Very good
I really like bathroom design and little „touches” like bottles of shower gel or shampoo. Very comfortable beds. Room very warm (traveled rainy, winter time) and spacious.

Our stay here was mixed because the staff was so lovely and welcoming. The rooms were large and comfortable, however there are limited food options and you are not allowed to eat or sit in the lobby unless you are buying from their restaurant that is only open for limited hours during the day. the doors and walls are paper thin, so with children it was uncomfortable that people kept asking us to quiet down when we were simply watching tv or walking through the hallway. there is no transportation around, so you have to rent a car for sure for spend $50 on a taxi to go just 1 mile back to the airport. all in all not a bad place, but definitely won't be staying there again. if it wasn't for the warm staff members on the day we checked in, we probably would have checked out early and went somewhere else.

Dear Anita,Thank you for your stay at Novotel Eindhoven and for sharing your experience with us.Our restaurant is open from 07:00-21:30 and usually serves all of guests. What would you have preferred to be? 24 hours restaurant service unfortunately is not possible with the current staff shortages in hotels.Please book your taxi with us. This will cost 10,00 for a one way drive, or 20,00 for 2 persons or more. Unfortunately we are not able to influence the other taxi drivers. Also we promote to use the sharing Go scooters as an easy and cheap way to travel through Eindhoven.

Disappointing
I was looking forward to a similar experience as before, but the room was worn out, this shower had a tub in it which meant as a tall man I had to bend over so as to not hit the ceiling while showering. The carpet/rug was so worn out it seemed dirty, the tv didn’t work. The phone didn’t connect and one fo the nightstand lights was broken and didn’t even have a switch. And they think that I like sharing toiletries - in a post COVID world…!

I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. I will share you concerns with maintenance, housekeeping and reception. Due to Dutch law we are not allowed to use single use products anymore. This is why these have been replaced with the dispensers, but are daily cleaned. We still have some items single use, which we will use until there are none left. Please let us know if you prefer a certain room type such as a shower so we can take this into account. You mention that the reception didn't care when you expressed your concerns. Can you maybe let me know how you experienced, so I can address this to the colleague? Did you express your concerns at check-out, or during your stay? Usually we provide a different room, if there are any issues. We appreciate your sharing your concerns, and it is our hope that you will give us the opportunity to better serve you in the near future. Kind regards,

Not staying here again
Air conditioning is just a fan blowing - the room was stuffy and hot. Since there is an 8 lane freeway next door opening a window wasn’t an option. Staff, while friendly, was minimal and overworked, and housekeeping skipped our room “accidentally” a few times. Room was clean and modern. Oh, and tons of kids running and screaming in the hallway didn’t help.

Dear Arno, Thank you for your stay and your detailed feedback. Our air conditioning is also our heating for the rooms. This means we can blow hot air, or cold air for the rooms, but not both at the same time. Due to the weather around 15 degrees the system is set on heating. Unfortunately we are not able to lower the noise from the freeway. I have made a note for a room on the other side of the hotel for less noise during your next stay. The front desk and housekeeping went above and beyond with service. I appreciate the excellent service and friendliness they provided. The hotel was quiet and clean. Parking was very convenient. I would stay here again.

Comfortable Stay
I have stayed at this hotel 3 times in the last year. The staff are friendly and helpful and the hotel it is very clean and comfortable. The surrounding area is safe and about a 10 minute walk from the Flight Forum where you can catch a bus into the centre of Eindhoven.

Twice as Good
This was the second time I have stayed at the Novotel, Eindhoven in 2 months. I booked the second stay because I enjoyed the first one so much. The hotel is clean, quiet, comfortable, has friendly staff and serve a great breakfast. I would definitely stay here again if I was in this area.

Clean and Comfortable
We had a very comfortable stay here in June 2019. The hotel is clean and comfortable and in a safe neighbourhood. There is a bus stop at the Flight Forum just a short walk from the hotel which takes you into the centre of Eindhoven meaning you can leave the car behind. I would definitely stay in this hotel again.
