"Our reservations were for a Suite, 1 King Bed with Sofa bed. We were given a room with 2 Queen beds, AC was not functioning, on the wall was an opening with exposed live wires (literally), no light in the bathroom and entranceway, toilet paper roll was on the floor because the holder was broken, windows were onto an internal room where there was a wedding till past midnight (forget sleep), cofee machine broken for the whole stay. When we complained we were told that all were booked. This was a literal nightmare. I don't think that we should be charged for this. I will attach photos to show that I am not exaggerating. Definitely you should NEVER recommend this Hotel to anyone."
