Hi Jeffrey It's unfortunate giving us a bad review since you have never stayed in our hotel. You had 2 reservations, you have cancelled 1 of them. The second you didn't come to our hotel so we charged your stay as the conditions state clearly. 3 days prior to arrival you receive an e-mail with some practical information, you could have cancelled till 24 hours for free upon arrival.
