Four Star Hotel? After checking in online via their app, then again at the desk to drop our bags off, due to early arrival. We returned later to encountered the staff could not find our booking!???? The rooms were very tired and noisy, clearly not heard of double glazing. The hotel had "door staff" due numerous issues in the area. I think the staff must had painted an extra star or two onto the building. Won't stay here again.

Good size rooms & comfortable! Had a good stay & staff was helpful, however, laundry services is an additional charge, it is not a self service use but rather they make you fill out a form & charge you per item of clothing! Other than that, excellent stay!

We were not aware at the time of booking that our room was going to be a handicapped room - no separate shower. Water was always all over the bathroom floor. The hotel was fully booked so we could not switch rooms. We had to ask for clean coffee mugs. Staff was very friendly however.

Excellent location, staff excellent. Key cards for room and elevator a minor issue, area to leave baggage before check in and after if you arrive early or departing late. Bathroom conditions could be upgraded, but that is only nit picking. Overall a good experience.

Only good thing about the property was the cleaning staff. I took my 1 year old child with me and had a terrible experience. They didn't had the option on warming baby milk. They advise us to keep going to the restaurant which was 1 floor down to warm up the milk. My kid drinks 3 time at night which meant i had to go to the restaurant 3 times, Which was awful. The staff was quite rude, they used to pick up phone calls after 10mins. What type of hotel does this. Very bad experience would never recommend it to anyone.

The hotel itself was good, clean, situated close to town, and helpful and attentive staff. Breakfast was good too, with plenty of vegetarian options. The surrounding area is a little rough at night but as 2 women travelling together it was ok, though we were back at our rooms before 10pm. We had a couple of issues with our room, however, that made me feel quite unsafe. When we first checked in we were given the keys to a room that was already occupied. They helped us at reception straight away and gave us a new room, and free breakfast as an apology, so not complaining abut the staff at all, but i felt really unsafe as who knows if the same would happen to us and someone to walk into our room at any time! We made sure to lock from the inside and luckily were only staying one night. We also had a couple of issues with our key cards but they were very helpful at reception. Overall the hotel was fine but i wouldnt stay again as that experience left a bad taste.

Leonardo hotel in Parnell st is in a perfect location you have access to all Dublin on foot from that location also you have a ton of dinning, shopping and supermarkets all around you. the bad things the fourth floor in the hotel under renovation and still open for guests you walk in and dust all over construction worker all over the floor witch you feel unsafe we went in February 2024 make sure if you are going around this time if they didn't finish renovation stay in another floor. second most unconfutable they have a system in the hotel that the evening manager keep standing in the middle of the lobby by the elevator not to great you or to help you if you need anything, also not to catch anybody from waling in and to get on the elevator because you can't use the elevator without scanning your room key not even getting in the second floor bathroom without scanning your room key but to keep staring at you and what you are carrying or buying there is a female manager at the evening shift she is Letterly steering at your shopping bags. make you really feel unconfutable at all they need to understand that we on vacation. overall stay is perfect for the location and the price but hopefully they change the way they act.

There was construction at the hotel which would wake you in the morning and go on through the day so there was no way to rest. Really not ok considering they still charge a good amount for the room.

Quiet hotel. All activities / sight seeing attractions / options were walkable or easy reach with the use of various bus services. Staff friendly. Limited time & options for food. The Coffee was instant & the Tea not Irish so could improve in this area.
