I really like it because the property located next to the Museum of future, it has its own indoor walkway to museum and to train station. The most impressed was security, they have security guards at day times & night times. Service was great too.

Amazing stay at this hotel. We were here for 2 nights as a family of 4 and the hotel staff were excellent, the breakfast was delicious and the room was fantastic- we got upgraded to a club room on 39th floor and the views were spectacular. Thank you Jumeirah Emirates Towers for a wonderful stay, we will be back!

Overall it was good but you should improve the breakfast menu n there should be a lot more variety of food . We have enjoyed the view n the best thing about ur hotel is the easy access to metro station n the location .

Direct access to the museum of the future from the hotel. Not far from the old part of town. Convenient dining options. Helpful staff. The rooms were nice but they really needed to replace the carpets in both the rooms we booked.

Iconic property but requires updating and improving. Dated room design. Bathroon shower water didnt drain. Heating never worked in 2 rooms (surprisingly for Dubai it was needed). Poor/uncomfortable and dated furniture. Carpet stained in several areas.

It is a very good hotel. Do reserve breakfast when reserving the room coz they will charge you six time the rate if you decided to take breakfast.

Service was poor, lots of delays when ordering items around the hotel. Club lounge staff are lovely all bar one lady who was very rude. Would not stay here again. Breakfast very limited. Club lounge options limited.

فندق جميل لكن موظفين الاستقبال لايتمتعون باحترافيه
بداية الاستقبال غير موفق من الموظف والموظفين الاخرين.. بلغتهم اني عميل ذهبي في اكسبيديا ولدي عرض ترقيه اعلى كوني عميل ذهبي .. يقول لي الموظف روح كلم اكسبيديا اقوله اقرى الي مكتوب بعضويتي المزايا يقول ليست مشكلتي وكنت مرسل ايميل بخصوص سرير اضافي لابني وتم الرد ان الموضوع جاهز من قبل لا اصل للفندق.. والموظف يقولي لا اعلم بهالايميل!!..ايضا اقولهم احتاج احط ان اضع مكعبات الثلج الخاصه في ادويتي ويقولون لي تستطيع ان تصعهم في الغرفه. علما بان احتاج ان يمون في الفريزر الرئيسي كونهم ادوية سكر
