Worse experience in this hotel we use to stay at Flora Park which was very good starting from reception but unfortunately we’ve thinking that will be the same services. We had 2 bedrooms strong smell of dust and smoke pillows of the sofa were really dirty and very old ! Rooms and hotel was so dark. No smiling staff ! We never ever choose this property again

Furthermore, you also mentioned that we did not meet your expectations in regards to the condition of your apartment and I can confirm that our Executive Housekeeper has already rectified these issues and has reiterated our expectations to the Housekeeping team through refresher training on the delivery of standards, however, I do hope that you had a chance to report these matter during your stay as I would have expected our team to have resolved it for you immediately.

The standards of the hotel are not where they used to be. Had to cancel my stay and move to another hotel. This hotel should now be rated 3 star.
Pipes are leaking, toilet did not flush and they took 3 days to try and attend to it after we told them we were going to cancel our stay.
Location is excellent but that was just about it during this stay.

Due to the COVID 19 protocol in place to protect our guests and staff, we were not able to attend to your concerns as soon as you raised them and had to wait for your negative covid 19 test results before we could respond.
I can confirm that this is not acceptable on our part and is not in line with our usual service and product standards. Our Executive Housekeeper and Engineering leaders have already rectified these issues and has reiterated our expectations to the Housekeeping and Engineering teams through refresher training on delivery of standards.

My stay at Flora was super nice, people from front desk are very polite and friendly as people in the kitchen. Mohamed was very patient when I asked for recommendation in menu. Also people from maintenance are very respectful. I definitely recommend Flora Creek. In six months I’m coming back.

Flora Creek is an excellent hotel whose rooms are in fact what any other hotel would call an executive suite.
It is very close to Deira Mall and the Metro.
It is not new but is very well maintained and amply equipped.
All of the staff are very polite and helpful. In particular Manoj on the concierge desk was incredibly helpful and is a credit to the hotel.

We're Staying in a 2 room apartment with friends celebrating a lil birthday party. They prepare beautiful surprise in the bedroom with baloons and flowers which we really appreciate. Our second visit to Flora Creek. Once again we arrived very early after an overnight flight. Unfortunately the hotel was full, however there was plenty of space to rest and an upgraded room was made available well before normal check-in time. We had the one bed-roomed apartment which in any other hotel would be classed as an executive suite. Again every member of staff we encountered were so pleasant and efficient and were a credit to the hotel. The location is close to the airport with a Metro station and the excellent Deira Mall a short stroll away. This hotel is superb value.
