However, I am reaching out because I am displeased with my room's cleanliness. Naturally, I waited until we checked out to offer my feedback going forward with the cleanliness of the room. I spoke with the General Manager Pam Garrett, and while she addressed the concerns about the uncleanliness of the room. I was not completely satisfied. On Tuesday 8/31 @ 2:00 am my family checked into room 226. My room appeared great at first glance, I immediately went to bed with my two small children. However upon snuggling into the sheets, I found crumbs that left me utterly uncomfortable, as well as gnats. I decided to dust off the sheets and sleep through the discomfort. I assumed the room would be cleaned, so I waited to address the sheets being dirty and the gnats. After waiting for some time, I contacted the front desk who disclosed that the cleaning staff are only cleaning rooms once every seven days due to COVID-19. I understand the safety of the staff, so I expressed concerns about the sheets and was handed over more sheets to change myself. I also asked for a broom to sweep the kitchen floor as well as the bathroom.
