Property worked with us to adjust check in dates, which was great! Did not accommodate our request for extra towels, did not have bedding available for the pull out couch, overnight clerk was asleep in lobby when I tried to request bedding.

Everything was really old ( except the kitchen seemed updated) the kitchen floor was torn up by the dishwasher all the furniture was really dented and scuffed, the shower was dirty and had mildew and mold and the shower curtain was discolored from soap scum and never being washed. There were also no tissues and no trash bags. Thr whole room smelled old and dingy.

The main lobby had and extremely loud odor of natural gas, the sofa in the room was full of stains. It was stained so bad that we didn’t sit in it to watch the game. The outside needs more lightings to make the parking area feel more secure.

Good to be pet friendly but please clean...
First, the young lady at the desk when we checked in AMAZING! It was refreshing seeing someone in customer service finally enjoy their job. Secondly, I had to request to change rooms after we arrived. The room was dusty. There hair all of the sofa. I found myself trying to wipe the sofa down to remove the dust and hair. I remembered that the hotel is pet friendly. I requested a room change because I am allergic to dust and pet dander. I had to wipe the telephone down just to use it to call the front desk. The sofa had white residue on both arms that made it look even worse because the is no telling what the stains were. The sad part is I received a text telling us that our room was ready. So I wasn't expecting it to be that dusty since we arrived until 3 hours later because my son's game went over the original time. I have stayed at hotels where pets were allowed but they were spotless. We stayed at the hotel two years ago and it was so clean and well maintained. I wanted to stay again..I was disappointed. I spent the evening in the new room that was a little better sick. I wish I could have made a better review because I was excited about staying here again.

Nice Property, but beware of false advertising
The stay started of rocky, since they are FALSELY advertising there is full kitchen in the suite. The only reason I stayed was because I thought there was an oven in the room, but it was a kitchenette with a small cooktop. The room was comfortable and clean, for the most part. They need to perform some high dusting in the room. The morning breakfast was a hodgepodge of items and the few items I could eat were good.

Wonderful staff and property, slightly overpriced
Property and all facilities were very clean and well maintained. Staff was incredibly friendly! Only "cons" were I felt like the trash bins for a hotel of this style were very small and made it complicated when preparing meals. Breakfast was also a bit pedestrian - only pre-packaged frozen/chilled breakfast sandwiches, and continental staples (oatmeal, cereal, pastries, etc...) Overall, a great experience but I just expect maybe slightly more comfort and nicer amenities for the $200+/nightly rate.

The property is worn as evidenced by the marked up drawers (every one was dirty), fallen shower dispensers and thin towels. It's located near to everything and has a great full kitchen and excellent business area where I was able to do my work.

However, I am reaching out because I am displeased with my room's cleanliness. Naturally, I waited until we checked out to offer my feedback going forward with the cleanliness of the room. I spoke with the General Manager Pam Garrett, and while she addressed the concerns about the uncleanliness of the room. I was not completely satisfied. On Tuesday 8/31 @ 2:00 am my family checked into room 226. My room appeared great at first glance, I immediately went to bed with my two small children. However upon snuggling into the sheets, I found crumbs that left me utterly uncomfortable, as well as gnats. I decided to dust off the sheets and sleep through the discomfort. I assumed the room would be cleaned, so I waited to address the sheets being dirty and the gnats. After waiting for some time, I contacted the front desk who disclosed that the cleaning staff are only cleaning rooms once every seven days due to COVID-19. I understand the safety of the staff, so I expressed concerns about the sheets and was handed over more sheets to change myself. I also asked for a broom to sweep the kitchen floor as well as the bathroom. Upon sweeping the bathroom, there was a good bit of hair on the floor. Naturally I swept the hair, my kids spilled chips on the carpet which prompted me to sweep the majority of the carpet. After trying to use a face towel, to see that it was pre-used with make-up stains, seeing an empty candy box on the side of the drawers, I called and asked to be shifted to anoth
