"Staff were all super nice and pleasant! That’s about where the good stuff stopped. No soap or shampoo in the shower, place was visibly dirty, rundown, and the beds were terrible. But, I guess you get what you pay for. I just wanted a place to sleep and take a shower, which it did accomplish that, but I’ve slept better and had better showers at state park campgrounds. Should’ve just pitched a tent somewhere and been better off. But like I said, the staff were all very friendly!"

"The good….great location, breakfast staff excellent….The bad…..road between hotel and lake under construction so no simple access to lake….should have been advised of this work. Hotel charged me extra cost when leaving hotel, reception staff unable to explain charge so advised me to email operations manager….i did this got no reply or acknowledge from the manager but just a refund back to my credit card after 3 days …..not great customer service."
