The concept is good. We had a one bedroom suite due to my wife’s illness which required her to rest several times throughout the day. It allowed me to move around in the rest of the unit without disturbing her. When signing in, we were told that housekeeping would come once each week. Being we were staying for three weeks, we assumed they would come twice during our stay. The first time they came they made the bed. They didn’t change the sheets, didn’t change the towels, didn’t vacuum, didn’t clean the toilet, didn’t do anything other than make the bed. The second week, they did not do anything. I got fresh towels, toilet paper and Kleenex from the office. I asked about housekeeping and they said that they would come. They didn’t.
The furniture in the unit was terrible. The couch/hide a bed was the most uncomfortable couch I have ever sat on plus the fabric was very soiled. It was impossible to see the tv from the couch. The only other seating was the two straight dining chairs at the table. These were ok for use while eating but not comfortable for just sitting and talking, watching tv or reading.
As I said, the concept is good. The location is good. Sadly, the implementation is terrible. The staff members I saw appeared to be totally uninterested in their job. They had no answers for any questions. They did keep the coffee made and found some towels and toilet paper when asked.
When we are in the area again we will stay at a suites hotel again BUT IT WONT BE HERE.
