My check-in was a bit difficult (because of the way my last name was noted on reservation) not at all part on hotel. The young lady that was assisting me, as well as her manager, had way more patience than I did but they took care of everything.

Good hotel
Nice hotel. Extremely clean and I am a particular person. We stayed here during the winter ice storm. My only gripe about this hotel is that I was absolutely exhausted and wanted to take a quick nice hot shower and it took over 10 min for the water to get warm. It never got hot. It only got warm.

The air conditioner in the room was extremely loud and disruptive to my rest / sleep. The shower took an long time to warm up and the tile had some mold or mildew on the shower floor.

Very quiet and clean , love the little snack shop. I was all for staying here yearly for our November conference- until I saw they charge daily for internet use. I haven’t been to a hotel that has charged for this since the early 2000s, most hotels give you a wifi code when you are a guest. I was so disappointed by this nickel and dime tactic I’ll probably chose a different hotel next yr for my conference.

The Baronette is a perfect example of you get what you pay for. While a little pricey the staff, room and amenities were top notch. I would recommend this place for sure!

We loved our stay
Second time this year we’ve stayed here. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean, the room was very comfortable. This will be our mainstay hotel when we’re in the area from now on.

Stain sheets in our first room. In the second (they gave us another room), a huge black fly almost open the door for us. Blinking light behind the tv, we needed to cover up with a bath towel. Loud room because we have a massive huge heat exchange unit going on all night. We think next time we will chose another hotel.
