When I got there no one was at the front desk and there was 2 ladies talking in the hallway like they were friends. I waited for a few minutes and knocked on the counter to see if anyone came out and with a attitude one of the ladies says it’s me and you have to wait I’m with another customer. Why didn’t she say when I walked in sir give me a minute I’m with another cust I’ll be with you in a shortly. I’m not a mind reader to know who they are.

The good: The staff was professional and courteous. The beds were comfortable and the showerhead allowed you to adjust the water pressure to your liking. . The bad: The floors were literally warped, the sheets and towels were threadbare, the refrigerator was disgusting and the windows were filthy.

Where to start? The person at the front desk also drives the shuttle, which means they are slow to pick you up, and people then wait at the hotel for someone to come back to check them in. Took us an hour to get the shuttle and to the hotel at midnight. Walk into room - lights dont work. Literally had no blankets in the room. In winter. Fridge - didn’t work. Heater - didn’t work (had to reset the GFCI button). Freezing cold in the room - took an hour to warm up. Again - the beds had a sheet ONLY - no blankets. In the bathroom, the wall had what looked like a three finger fecal smear on the wall (not joking at all). Breakfast at 7:30 had a total of two waffles to toast, and one English muffin. This hotel would maybe be worth it if the stay was free, but definitely not worth anything north of $20.

I was very satisfied for my price. Of course 60 bucks won't get you 5 star but the hotel was very clean and comfortable. I have no complaints. I would recommend American Inn for a short stay

This is honestly the worst hotel I've ever been to. I would not recommend for people with children, or standards on cleanliness. It's by far the loudest and dirtiest hotel I've ever been to. Management does not offer any help for concerns bright to their attention either. Tons of drug users walking around. Just crazy! Avoid. I couldn't even shower there due to my feet sticking to the scum... not to mention it's so loud from all directions it's practically impossible to sleep. The hotel has new room furnishings so it's a shame it's been kept and managed the way its been.

Floor was very uneven and shifted a bunch when stepping. There were burn marks/holes in the comforter. Smelt like the room had been smoked in which would explain why the smoke detector was disconnected. If that wasn’t enough, saw a bug run across the floor when we got up. Definitely wouldn’t stay here again.

Road conditions were undrivable and everything was filling up. It was a bed it was warm they were nice. It does look like theyre trying to improve but heres the bad: Halls smelled of weed, lights in room all flickered like there was a short in the wiring, TV didn't work, heater had to keep being reset with a switch and plug was loose, sheets had several cigarette burns in a non smoking facility. It was cheap it was shelter it was close to airport and it was safer than trying to drive. Electrical was worriesome but the floors and showers were clean.
