Very good hotel overall. Its in the city center though the neighborhood is not very safe. The rooms were clean, staff were professional.

Great Location, even so it is in front of Ave Paulista, no problems with noise. Great distribution of the room.

Rooms were beautiful, clean, comfortable, and the hotel had excellent service. Nice, quiet neighborhood within walking distance of shops, restaurants, cafes, and Avenida Paulista. I have absolutely no complaints.

Great location - right on Ipanema beach, and a block or two from shopping and restaurants. We had great meals at several restaurants within two blocks. Enjoy a stroll on the beach - it's easy enough to walk to Leblon or Copacabana beach. Taxis in Rio are plentiful, and we also took a bus downtown. (The Metro station is a few blocks away, but unfortunately, closed for renovation during 2013). From the hotel, it was <$30 US to get to Cristo Redentor or Sugarloaf. This is a nice small hotel (6 rooms on each of the 15 floors) and the breakfast is first-class. From the rooftop pool/exercise center, you'll get great views of the city.

Stayed here during the first 2 weeks of May. Exceptionally located right near the beach, walking distance to the Sunday market and not too far from Copacabana if you're looking to take a little walk. Many great restaurants nearby. The staff is fluent in English and very helpful with any questions you may have. Beach chairs and towels are provided at no additional cost which was extremely convenient! Breakfast and Wi-fi were great as well.

Excellent option for Rio downtown and Santos Dumont Airport. Arrived at 22:00 after a long flight from LHR and had my luggage collected from taxi by doorman on arrival. Quick check it in, no credit card asked as rate had been prepaid via Expedia. Nice clean and more than adequate Superior Executive room with large bathtub in modern bathroom. Great terrace on 22nd floor, nice service, cold beers overlooking city centre. Good breakfast with good variety of hot and cold items. Staff nice and welcoming. 5 minutes by cab to SDU airport. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Perhaps would book a Superior room next time, slightly cheaper with no bathtub. Super clean, I must say. Book without hesitation.

Initially there were a few problems with our room, but once these were resolved, our stay was terrific. We were lucky enough to meet Valeria, who was at the Guest Services Desk in the lobby. She was wonderful and could not have been more helpful. The beach and pool are beautiful. The restaurants were good although the luncheon buffet on the 1st floor was expensive. The Pizza at the same location was delicious and reasonable. Light lunch at the bar off the lobby was good. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Natal.

A nice hotel. The only problem being that the hotel is some what of the main road and therefore not close to most things.
