“Great hotel”

Lovely hotel, comfortable, clean, good room service, helpful staff. Surrounding area is the 'real' India. Go for a walk but dont wander too far. Soak up the atmosphere. There are no other tourists around and the locals will be surprised to see you but the streets are busy and full of great photo opportunities! Gurgaon has loads of character. Free airport pick up but you must email them first. Take the hotel address snd phone number with you in case the pickup doesnt arrive. The taxi drivers seem unable to find this place!

“A great hotel at a great price”

For the price this is a great hotel for business travellers.The staff are really friendly and check out was seamless unlike a lot of hotels in the area. I have stayed here 3 times and wouldn't hesitate to go back.

“Ok but not Great”

I used the hotel for the day, when I had a night flight out of Delhi, its a little to far away from the airport to use for this purpose. The hotel has a 70's, should I not of been knocked down and replaced by a new hotel five years ago feel to it. It has a small piece of grass / mud at it's front, so that you can sit and breath in the fumes of the local motorway which it's near to. Don't be taken in by the pictures used by this hotel on it's website, it is a mediocre business hotel, with small rooms, in a poor location.

“not impressed”

We had a very bad experience with this hotel. We informed the manager we will be checking in late(midnight) in order to make sure our rooms were available. On arrival there were no rooms ready as they had ACCIDENTLY sold the to someone else. All the managers were on holiday together(hard to believe). Final got the rooms at 2am. Got 4 hours sleep as had a flight to catch.The rooms were cleaned using trhe same wet towels from previous use. NOT IMPRESSED. Booked a taxi to the station at 5am ---suprise surprise it was not booked. I was told i should have reminded them at 4am!!. It too a while to get through that if I don't leabve soon I will miss my train altogether. They finaly used the hotel car at double the cost to drive us at speed to the station . This hotel is very hard to find too especially at night. you end up paying extra to the taxi too.

“service lets hotel down”

No problems with room, clean and well appointed, we had no toiletries, asked for shampoo than wait started 2 hours later, someone arrives with shower gel not shampoo, wait again for an hour to get 1 Swimming pool is more like a plunge pool, can not swim, not temperature controlled and freezing water I have travelled around the world but first hotel with freezing water in jacuzzi claims to have 2-3 restaurants but informed only one operational, so called sky bar allegedly being refurbished. service and amenities extremely poor, what could be a great hotel

“Not worth the money, seedy”

Reception staff are efficient and willing to help. Menu and food are of poor quality, hotel is dated, worn, unclean and has a seedy feel to it. Spa facilities are not worth mentioning
