"Devina the receptionist is gentle, helpful and courteous with a smile all the time. Stanley the bell boy is fluent in English, exceptional helpful. We witnessed the worse storm forb75 years. All public transportation closed down. No taxi and uber price got sky high. Stanley helped to make phone calls (which I don't have a local Sim). Made enquiries and help us sort out the problems. So fortunate to meet personnel when you are in a foreign country. Also only minute away from metro. I highly recommend and will come back."

"Me and my sister had 2 1-night layover stays in Rove City Centre hotel. And also 1 unplanned extra night because of the problems due to the heavy rain in Dubai. The rooms were comfortable, location is good (close to metro, City Mall and lots of restaurants and stores) and the stuff was very accomodative and attentive to our needs. The most helpful were: Rodica from the front desk, Nassim - the driver of the shuttle bus and Anam - the guest services/tour guide. And actually everyone was very friendly and helpful at the hotel. Thank you all for your hard work!"

"Service is excellent, housekeeping and staff are very professional. View is nice room is very comfortable comes with nice robes. Only thing I would like to see better is the ventilation in bathroom and more sound proof from people in hallway. Other than that I will definitely return."

"If you have a car, property is ideally located in deira towards bur dubai. It’s a good location to stay in terms of proximity with car. There is a station walkable within 5 minutes but I have never tried it. Staff is good and supportive (cheers to may at reception and another guy who was at night shift). There is laundry to use for free but, I had challenge with the laundry machine as it was not completely operative. Overall good hotel and location."
