Stayed for 2 nights, booked a double use room (for 2 pax), only got one bathrobe and no slippers, had to call to get them since the front desk is almost always crowded. No free wifi at the hotel, paid for daily use and breakfast for two days since there was a misunderstanding at the check-in about breakfast being included. Nonetheless, the amount taken from our card in the end didn’t match the price of these services. Breakfast staff were super nice though, was happy to tip. Also, when checking out the receptionist wasn’t very polite or considerate, explaining that the system was slow even though I said my Uber was waiting for me for a while in front. Overall, you can tell that it was built as a luxury property but got run down over time, it needs a renovation and some staff training on hospitality.
