Horrible stale tobacco smell in everything, a peephole was burned into the curtains, and the towels were so filthy that I don't even think they were washed. The ancient fridge needed a defrosting because its walls were caked in an inch or two of ice. Iron security gates surrounded the property and made it feel like a prison. Birds made nests in the 1980's security cameras which were probably fake decoys cameras anyway. An obviously stolen bicycle that was spray painted and held together with tape was left outside my door and a random weirdo knocked on my door then left. The whole place was extremely sketchy, but on the bright side there was a Sonic and a Waffle House, plus Kroger across the street.

Homeless people camp around property and look in vehicles. Room is disgusting and had dirty sheets on top of dead bugs piled in a corner.bathroom was also dirty and stained.

The lady who works the front office here is the worst, most disrespectful woman I've ever encountered working at a motel. She makes the term "hospitality" seem like a joke. She was rude, and made sure that i knew how utterly inconvenienced she was by having to speak with me, every single time. That someone like her works in this industry blows my mind. Her misery is palpable, and really sad.

Not too familiar with the area so when I drove up I immediately asked for a refund. The desk person was rude. I told her that I was not going to stay because the area was unsafe. She said that I had to contact Expedia for a refund. She was getting loud with me when I explained that there were people sitting outside the rooms doing drugs. And waking into the office just to get here was unsafe. She said she couldn't do anything about it. All this time she stood behind a locked door with a small window from the inside of the lobby.

I felt better in my car than in these rooms. My room , the heater didnt work at all, i paid to be inside and not freeze out but it was basically the same...Beds and towels are always stained , dirty looking. Shower curtain is nasty, old throw up on the side walls in bathroom, mold in cracks in the shower and people hanging alot all over outside. Fronts desk workers always rude Never again. Waste of time and mondyv.

There is nowhere to hang clothes and no hangers. There is only one trash can. No drinking glasses or coffee. The bedsheets were not clean and there was no hair dryer.

Didn’t have basic stuff like remote to TV. Water pressure in sink was low. Don’t get me started on the bed linens with cigarette holes in it, but stressing to ME not to smoke in the room and I don’t even smoke.

Besides having a hard time checking in the deposit requirements or different for each travel app that you go through. It doesn't matter if it's there own Wyndman app. Its different and very confusing and it doesn't help that Expedia doesn't notify that a deposit is required at the first sign in. But the lady behind the counter did help me out and guide me to the right place which allowed me to stay here. She was very helpful.!

Checked in because we had plumbing issues at home The room smelled like smoke my girlfriend is allergic too smoke, was not clean, door did not lock right, was dirty, was told we could check in at 2 was not able too until 3. We left after an hour because of the smell. I want my money back.

Non Smoking room wreaks of smoke
Booked the room and arrived at 3am. Needed to stay overnight only because I had a business meeting at 8am. I arrived at the front counter, she did not ask for my ID at first nor look at my reservation number, just asked for my name. She then said NO you dont have a room. After a 9 hour drive and been awake for over 22 hours. I was very frustrated. Finally she issed me a room. We requested a smoke free room of which wreaked with smoke. The smell was disgusting. I then went to the counter again to let her know but she was arguing with another man. I told her that I didn't want to be charged extra for the smoke smell. She said that everyone smokes in the rooms and thats ok. I was too tired to argue so I left it alone.

Not good!
I’m driving across the country with my child and dog. I booked a room at America’s Best hotel thru hotels .com. When I got to this hotel a woman there rudely told us they do not have a room for us. I then had to contact Peach at customer support to help me find another hotel. This Super 8 was a good distance out of my way but, I had to take it. I’m very dissatisfied in the service and support from Hotels.com and hope this review helps you to not do this to another family.
