The staff was very helpful and kind. The room had an excellent view of the beach from the balcony. And you coyld go out on the balcony when rain and not get wet.

I had some of my wash done here and I was in a bit of a hurry to get back on the road. At my next stop I looked at the bag and they intentionally or unintentionally left about a quarter of my clothes out. Not happy!

Big room and friendly staffs
Satisfy with the staffs service and they are really helpful. Breakfast taste and choices are good enough as they change their menu daily (we stay for 5d4n). Room space is big. Wifi is a bit weak compare to lobby area. Swimming Pool is small. 1km walking distance to beach.

Ok but could use some work
Room was in good condition. Breakfast could use a little work. This hotel could do with better lighting, i.e. change the daylights to something warmer. I felt the corridor to the room was somewhat like those in the ‘Shining.’

Needs a lot of work.
We decided on this hotel because it was close to the beach and we wanted to use their indoor swimming pool in case it rained. But when we went to the pool at 4:00pm we found out that it’s only open til 4:00pm!! What kind of pool closes at 4!? That wasn’t even the worse part of it. The hotel is old and is in really poor condition. The furniture is dated, the wallpapers are peeling and the hallways smell of mold. It could have been forgiven if it was cheap but for the price we paid this is a terrible hotel. It is in a serious need of a revamp. The doors men was really nice helped carried our luggage’s and smiled. But the service at the concierge was below average. I would not recommend this hotel.

Very nice hotel rooms within walking distance of the beach. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast could contain a couple more Western choices, but there was plenty of variety and tasted good.

Excellent Value and Friendly Hotel
A great value hotel with high level of service. Staff very attentive and keen to ensure you have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Although it is some distance from central Da Nang taxis are readily available. The location is excellent being a leisurely 400 metres stroll to the beach and the side streets, too, are worth exploring.

Great cheap gym around the corner, just $1 a day to visit. Staff were helpful. Great breakfast every day. Comfy bed. Great view. Excellent cafe next door.

Keep away, find somewhere else to stay
Internet service. Could not connect most of the time, even though it showed full service, it always stopped responding. Totally use less 3 days out of 4 we stayed in this hotel, 4 days too many. Was told on complaining that it was a problem for all of da nang, unbelievable since we were able to use free wifi at lots of other venues. Extra charge for room 100000 breakfast for the 2 nd person , not a great start to a honeymoon. On our 2 day, There were Not many people in hotel, so they decided, no breakfast, just offer a few items you could choose from, And the menu items were not worth 20,000 vnd let alone 100,000 vnd they charged us, asked for refu d as refused to eat any of the menu items they offered.. We also refused breakfast the last day as well. Our choice, but with advanced notice, They still refuse to refund this mornings amount, eventualy they refunded 100000, vnd for one breakfast that they cancelled. Toileties in bathroom hmmm, we used 1/2 of the single shower gel and shampoo in the morning, after room cleaned, next nothing replaced ??? Next day same except we didnt have toiletries to use even. When they cleaned the room, unless you use it all, they do not refill, or leave any more. ??? And speaking about the bathroom, well lets not forget the hot water, and the 10 minute wait, while running the hot taps to get some hot water,. Yes actually get hot water, but its a long long wait. The Ist room well was a delux, ??? Curtains were never install

Fansipan is in a great location, short walk to My Khe and close enough to walk to other spots. Customer service was excellent by the staff. Very easy stay. Rooms were good but nothing super special, more than adequate for a few days. Close to Marble Mountain.

Excellent Location
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. It is close to the beach; however, it's a little far from the center city. There is a nice coffee shot to the left of the hotel. The price of the hotel is good.

when I checked in they only have 2 double bed room only, when I asked for another room, door lock was busted, no light in hall way, I have to find my way in the dark, Food is good, the only complain was they had Vietnamse music so loud, I have to ask to turn it down. Other than that everything else were good

Nice hotel good proximity.
We stayed for 9 nights. The staff we very accommodating going above and beyond to assist us with anything. The receptionist (Na) helped us to organise tours and a guide/interpreter. Rooms were a good size and comfortable. We asked for an in-room safe and extra hangers which came within 10 minutes.

Family vacation
The hotel is ok , service and breakfast good. When I check in to get a room for 4 people (2 adult & 2 child, 11&13), the manager tell me I have to pay extra money for my kid's to add extre bed. The problem is my booking showing extra pay 2 adult & 2 child for a premier room fitting for 4 including my kid's age & breakfast. I have to show my booking. Finally, they get me a smaller than premier room, but it has two full size beds no extra pay. I don't understand why the manager tell me extra pay just for breskfast not for extra person & she is not ok. Luckily, I just stay a night at this hotel.

Great room, location and stay at the Fansipan Hotel. Received a room with a beach/ocean view for an amazing price and saw some amazing sunrises in Da Nang.

Nice view and tidy
Great all round. We arrived a few hours early and they upgraded us to the top floor with the best views! Very helpful and friendly staff. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was tasty!

I am an American and I run a small tour company. I like to stay a few nights in a hotel before I bring guests to it. I stayed six nights at this hotel and found it very adequate, especially for the price. The hotel is undergoing a non-disruptive expansion and expect to have a pool and spa in by the spring of 2014, which will be a nice edition. My room was very clean, though the chairs were a bit dated. The closet was big but there are not enough shelves for folded clothes. The shower was amazing and had plenty of hot water and a lovely rain fall shower head (and other options). Very convenient to the beach and Murphy's restaurant is a few doors away (fantastic). Overall I was pleased and look forward to bringing guests to this hotel.

Staff were friendly, it's a bit out of the way so hiring a scooter or getting a taxi is probably a good idea. It's reasonable value, although the location could be better.

Hài lòng về cách phục vụ, tuy nhiên các phòng ở trục 08 bị bí, điều hòa ko được mát, phải đổi phòng. Bể bơi chỉ thích hợp với trẻ em vì nhỏ và hơi có mùi khai. Vị trí của khách sạn hơi xa bãi tắm do có mấy khu resort chắn trước mặt chiếm bãi tắm riêng.

미케미치도 가깝고 좋은 숙소였습니다
수영장을 이용하고 싶었지만 제가 간날은 공사중?인가 암튼 이용을 못해서 옆에 프리미어빌리지가서 수영장을 이용했습니다. 그 점 말고는 진짜 숙소 가격에 비해 완전 좋고 조식도 한사람당 두개씩 골라서 요리도 해주고 완전 깔끔하게 청소도 잘 해주고 굳굳!! 위치도 공항에서 택시타고 15분 밖에안걸라고 롯데마트는 한 9분 정도 옆에 바로 바빌론 스테이크 집있고 괜찮았습니다!!강력추천

很合理的優格 ，離市中心有点遠 ，酒店只有幾年新 ，很清潔 ，可惜我入住時是淡季 ，每天也有兩 ，客人不多 ，早餐還算可以 。

Cost performance is the best
Especially the view of the best seen from the double room on the upper floor where the sea is visible will be hard to replace anything. Also, with breakfast, this price is the highest level of cost performance.

家族4人でジュニア　スイートとグランドデラックス　ツインルーム　シービューに宿泊しました。広い窓から海が見渡せます。ビーチは見えませんが、朝日が美しいです。夜のイカ釣り漁船のライトも情緒があります。部屋はとても広いですが、水漏れでトイレの床が濡れていたり、エアコンの調節が効かなかったりしました。まあ、ベトナムではよくあることで、価格を考えれば、こんなものだと思います。朝食は、ベトナム料理と洋食のビュフェスタイル。立地はビーチまで歩いて数分。徒歩数分の圏内にローカルレストランが数軒あります。午後であれば、ホテルの車でビーチまで無料送迎してくれます。私たちは、朝だったし、荷物が多かったので、タクシーで、ミーケビーチ（1万5千ドン）やノンヌオックビーチ（5万ドン）へ行きました。ビーチへ足繁く通う方は、オン・ザ・ビーチのホテルのほうが良いかもしれません。プールの水質も問題ありませんでしたが、リゾートの雰囲気はありません。有名な海鮮レストランまで、歩いて数分で行けましす、タクシーで5万ドンも出せば、ビーチエリアの海鮮レストランの殆どの店にすぐ着きます。スタッフは英語を話しますし、愛想が良いです。

一間供旅行團的酒店
到埗時，剛有兩個旅行團在大堂，前台怱怱把一個房間給我，進去才發現是兩張床的房，於是下來告訴他們我需要的是大床房。他們查了一查，說我們沒有預訂大床房，不能改。 但其實是因為起初我網上訂房是看漏了在大床房打勾，而令我自動選了雙床房。十分鐘後打印確認書時才發現，於是立即發了個郵件給酒店要求更改，而酒店也立刻回郵確認修改。故此我拿了電子郵件紀錄，他們才給我另一間是大床房給我。 到晚上睡覺時，才發覺我和鄰房是隔了一個內門。隔壁的電視聲隱隱傳來，到半夜時，走廊傳來的看足球的呼喊聲把我吵醒，到早上六點，隔壁已有人跟小孩子玩耍的聲音又把我吵醒。 喧鬧是這酒店的特色，參加旅行團的人不會有感覺，只有睡在旅行團旁邊的人才知道如何的痛苦

酒店離沙灘一小段路程，但從房間就能看到外面的大海，在酒店往沙灘的途中還有很多小攤賣好吃的！酒店員工也很友善！

Wifi 強勁，早餐普通，入時時無留意雪櫃完來少了一枝水，可能酒店房務上個客人check out後忘記fill,所以我們checkout時候要付款。
