The Stirling Highland Hotel

"The hotel is beautiful, in a school from the late 1800’s so felt like we were in a castle! Staff were very friendly. Restaurant had plenty of great options. The pool looked nice, we didn’t have time to use it and there were additional charges if you wanted to go. The room was nice but dirty in some spots and no fan working in the bathroom. Appreciated the tea tray with milk for the morning. Very walkable area with lots to see. Highly recommend the back walk behind the hotel up to the castle."

"My hotel stay this time was horrible there was not good staff were really rude. There was no wifi at all in hotel even tho it's advertised in the booking. I asked a staff member about wifi his reply was what can I do about it he then told me I could go up the hill to.a pub for wifi im a disabled women I was took a back at what he said. Also there is disabled bay that I parked in with badge but had to pay £20 for 2 nights ive stayed in This hotel a few times but it's not the same wont be back."

10/10 Excellent

"The room was a little dated and we had to get the team to sort out our thermostat in the bathroom. They were super quick to fix. In room water bottles were not given and did not exist at the hotel. Breakfast was good and had a great spread for everyone. Glen activities is a must if you have children. The offroad car experience and mini golf was great for my 4 year old. The pool was good and great temperature. Overall good stay but not sure why there was no water in the rooms."
