Friendy saff and across the street from the Newport Levee. Everything was withing walking distance on the Levee and felt safe in the area. Didnt like having to pay for parking and the hotel was a bit high priced.
This is the closest and most convenient place to stay to get to the levee. It also has a private gate right to the bridge to get to the stadiums. The staff was kind and helpful. We had 5 people and the 6 person room was plenty big enough. Almost forgot to mention beautiful views of the Cincinnati skyline. Would absolutely stay here again when visiting.
The property was in very good condition. The staff was friendly. The photographs of the pool make the pool look larger than it is. Breakfast was acceptable, but the noise from the road kept me up for most of the night. If you’re gonna stay here, I would strongly recommend that you ask for a room with odd numbers. The even numbers face the noisy street.
Our reservation did not show up from Expedia. Bentley at the desk was great and helped us finally to get a room after talking to Expedia a bunch. Our room was already paid for through Expedia too. Bentley was very helpful even after we were charged again for the hotel when we checked out. (It was expedias issues. Not the hotels) I will never use Expedia after this but this hotel is GREAT!
The desk staff was welcoming and had great energy as soon as we walked in. They also helped with finding near by dinning options. The breakfast had great variety and options and everything was delicious.
Had a wonderful stay at the Hampton Inn. It was very clean. The staff was super nice and willing to help with any request that you have. The hot breakfast was a plus. We really enjoyed our stay and would be staying at this location for future trips.
Nice hotel and great location! Breakfast is so so but it’s on the house.

Disliked: Staff & service
The staff member that has a name that started with L was extremely rude! He needs to work on customer service and how to speak to people. When checking in the machines for credit cards didn’t work, the front desk worker did not sure hat what it meant to just be kind and he was extremely rude
It was just such a lovely time. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Best place for our little getaway!
Easy check-in. Staff was efficient and friendly! Room was clean. Great location. Easy walk to food and shopping in Newport, or walk across the bridge and you are at the Reds stadium.
I loved our room for so many reasons! The property and our room were clean and organized. Our spacious room overlooked the MegaCorp Pavilion, where we were going for a concert. I had a personalized welcome message on our tv screen also! Our bed was really comfy and we heard very little noise in the hallways. We also enjoyed our breakfast there. All staff were friendly. I highly recommend staying at this Hampton Inn and Suites.
We have had one of the best hotel stays. Staff was so accommodating for parking and services. Rooms were extremely clean and beds slept well. Will ALWAYS stay at this hotel when we are in the area.
