Not listed on site but great information to have so you know what to expect when setting up a booking. It will be refunded back but you have to have it in order to stay. "

"I stayed here because of the price, as I was attending a concert at the Rady Shell Jacob Park. It's a short walk to the Coronado Ferry, that I took (round trip) to the San Diego Convention area. The venue was a short walk away, and there were several restaurants and drinking establishments in the immediate area. The room was small and had some age to it, that gave it character, but this was a solo trip, and it was perfect. Also, the parking was perfect. The person who checked me in was a delight! "
