Sometimes at night, drag racing was taking place outside on the street. Certainly not the hotel's fault, but made sleeping comfortably a challenge.

My room had a very strong marijuana smell. You could smell one we got off the elevators and the smell was worse in the room. The Staff was nice and did offer to switch rooms. The breakfast staff were were very friendly and working so hard to feed the crowds. They could use more support.

We have been staying here on and off for 8 years when we visit family, it has been going down hill the last 3 years. I will not blame them for the temperature in the hotel, it was -5 outside but the lobby was fringed . the front desk person had to ware an outdoor jacket and we sat at breakfast with jackets on. Break fast was altered, we could order food, which we did but it was ice cold so I was pointed to a microwave. The room itself had issues with the heat/AC it was not fully connected to the wall so it was blowing both hot and cold air was coming in from the outside. Last there as no mention the pool was closed when we made the reservation. AND when I go there i asked and the front desk person said it was open. Went to the room changed and took my grandson down only to see a sign that said it was closed for maintenance.

The room had mold in the bathroom and the room smelled of chloride as if it had been poured into the bathtub. The "continental breakfast" was horrible. The scrambled eggs were the same style powedered eggs as the Army DFAC. The pastries all had flies all over them and a majority of the "hot" food was ice cold.

The place is just an average hotel, it was cleaner then last time we stayed, front desk staff is always nice, but i do have to say Breakfast is always under served or staffed. Multiple people where asking for items to get refilled and I saw staff just standing around

10/10 don't recommend! Everything about this place was a let down. Upon booking no where did it state the restaurant inside this location was closed. We found that out after the fact. The extra money paid for "pool view" was simply just that a view. The sliding glass doors were barred off so you couldn't access the pool from the room. The walls and doors are thin and could hear everything including every door slammed shut. The toilet seat in the bathroom was barely hanging on and pinched the back of my legs every time I used the restroom. The shower door did not seal properly causing water to leak all over the ice cold ceramic floor. The shower also had NO slip resistance and about fell a couple times just trying to shower. The breakfast... it showed breakfast was available till 11 on the weekends, a little after 10 everything was already cleaned up and put away. The amount of money that was spent was extreme for the less than stellar amenities they clame to offer.

Restaurant and bar were closed up. (Nothing mentioned on their website), The sheets on one of the beds were dirty. (Hopefully it was just pizza sauce!) Supposedly the manager couldn’t be reached (Although the desk clerk had two conversations with her while I stood there) Dining area carpet was absolutely filthy. Heated pool??? It was more like a polar plunge! This use to be a pristine place to stay until it went under new management.Needless to say, I will never stay there again nor would I recommend it to anyone else.

Easy check-in and breakfast was awesome. The restaurant wasn't open for dining which would have been awesome after arriving and wanting to relax and not have to leave again
