My grandkids were so excited to go swimming but when we got there there was a large group of people eating and drinking alcohol in the pool area instead of the dining area right outside the pool. There are signs everywhere saying no eating or drinking in pool area. They were being loud and obnoxious, beer cans everywhere! There was an inflatable ball my grandkids were playing with and it went to the other side of the pool where the drunks were and they took it and started playing with it themselves. My husband went to the front desk to complain and the lady told him yea I spoke to my manager and they said as long as they aren’t breaking anything or causing a disturbance to just leave them alone. They WERE causing a disturbance! I didn’t feel like my grandkids were safe in their any longer and we had to leave. So upsetting for the kids. But I wasn’t about to let them dive in one of them or jump on them!

Enjoyed my stay and would probably stay again. The only thing I didn’t like was that the elevator sounded like it was going to break down every time people got on it.

Listen it’s not the RITZ but for the price and what I needed it was perfect. The breakfast was ok, the kids loved the pool (which I personally thought was a little cool for an indoor pool), The staff is so amazing, everyone we encountered was kind and friendly. I highly recommend!!

Staff were friendly and helpful, but the room we stayed in had a bad odor, almost like mold. I feel like for the price you pay, plus $100 hold, you should have a clean, smelling room.

The only real complaint we had was the room was hot or cold no matter what we did. We could not regulate the thermostat to get it comfortable in the room.

Good stay clean Hotel
The hotel was clean, staff was exceptionally pleasant. Our last night there my son’s bathroom needed a plunger and the night shift attendant, I think she said her name was Kate. Was so helpful and stopped what she was doing Ie preparing breakfast, to go find us a plunger, the entire time she had a smile on her face and was so nice. So THANK YOU KATE !!!!! PS pool was a HUGE hit for my grandkids. Very clean and taken well care of !!!

They have “stink bug” issues according to them and there was a brown recluse at the foot of my bed. Nice hotel otherwise and people were friendly. Bed not great and room needed attention

Comfort Inn was very nice.. Wall are thin you could hear outside of room and noise next door Breakfast could use a few more hot item Overall stay I would give it a 8 out of 10
