It was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in in my whole life!!! I had to change rooms twice, and the room I was in still wasn’t up to par. All three rooms that I was in smelt very bad of years of smoke. Refrigerator and microwave didn’t work in one. The second room the TV didn’t work right and they were dead roaches all behind the refrigerator and the room we stayed in the sink was stopped up and the shower was squirting water everywhere and it didn’t smell too cool the rooms and furniture needed to be updated. Very much overall, this is not a hotel that I would recommend to anyone. worst stay ever!!!

Please dont stay as the property is not as per in the picture. There is no breakfast at all. Just coffee n muffin and thats not breakfast. Front counter staff is not at all helpful or not there. Not ideal place to stay for families with kids.

Room didn’t have any hot water, tv had no remote control. Neither air or heating worked. I asked to be placed in another room and person at the the front desk told me no I would have to book a room for 2 nights again

The hotel room was not clean upon arrival. Front desk staff was very rude and not helpful. ROACHES!!! ROACHES!! ROACHES!!! EVERYWHERE even in the microwave and refrigerator. A couple crawled on me and my son.

So we arrived on the 2nd Nov. Had to wait 25-30 min before someone show up for check in .. we got room 204 and smell so bad cigarettes... Heat didn't work . No remote for TV.. room was full of cockroaches. They changed the room after complaining to 206 and was the same .. bc of the big event all the hotels in the area were full so had to stay in this messy place .. every night had to go to the lobby bc the key wasn't working. I am sending an email to get a refund bc this is not a safe place .. and not even talking about bedbugs 😵😵😵. We slept with earplugs and no TV and no heat ... hope Expedia or the location will refund me my money ... Don't go to this place .. you will experience a bad stay

I booked online with expedia as i needed a place to stay for the weekend. Before departing my house i called and confirmed my room would be available upon arrival. When i arrived i presented my confirmation email and was immediately told there were no rooms available. The excuses the clerk told me was that they were doing maintenence. Keep in mind it was 11pm. I also noted the parking lot had plenty of spots open for the amount of rooms on the property. After much discussion I was given a room and it was in very poor condition. The furniture was old and beat up. The toilet wasnt bolted to the ground and many outlets didn't work. There were so many flaws in the experience its not worth writing about. Avoid this property!

The reviews that were presented to be made it seem like a good option. Though it seemed a bit far from that. Room was dirty, stains everywhere, light switches cause shocking; the toilet wasn’t even bolted to the ground. A/C unit was broken as well. At one point it seemed as if they had a rodent issue cause there was holes in the sheets everywhere and even in the pillows.

Wasn't expecting the greatest place judging by the price but they managed worse than I had hoped. Couldn't use most of the wall outlets for power plugs would just fall out or heat up due to outlet being worn. Shower was damaged, shower head barely worked, mold in bathroom. Had to wake up the attendant at the front desk when I went to check out at 6:30 AM. when i called to inquire about charges on my bill after my stay They proceeded to hang up on me. when I tried to contact their customer service line it just gave me a busy signal and hung up

Not the best. Could be worse.
The staff is kind and helpful. The grounds are well maintained. The room was a smokers room which I did not request but was given as a result of them being sold out of all other rooms. My room smelled of very strong smoke. There were roaches. The water pressure and temperature were excellent. My vehicle was safe and others’ were as well. I would never stay again but it got the job done for two nights and I’m still grateful regardless.
