Nice hotel with friendly staff. In particular, Sheila, who put out the breakfasts, greated all the breakfast patrons with a big smile and a good morning as she was going about her duties.

I asked for them to clean my room just to come back the bed not made and covers and pilliows sitting on a chair and bed stripped like they left and forgot to come back

Property is definitely going to need some updates sooner than later. Our heating unit had something wrong with it-way too hot to get a good nights sleep. It would have also been nice to know the pool/hot tub were closed. I picked that particular hotel because it had a hot tub! Front desk staff was great. USB on the lamp didn’t work so I couldn’t charge my phone. Overall was an ok stay-was clean and safe

What was the point??
Called days before to ask for an early 2:00pm checkin time so we could change to get to a family visitation that started at 3:00pm. The room wasn’t ready and we were late to the family function.

We called in advance to insure that the hot tub and the pool were available for use. We were told that it was. Upon checking in there was a sign saying they were out of service. In addition there was no coffee pots in the hotel room and we had to get coffee from the front desk area. The issue with that is that the coffee had been sitting for hours as it was nearly cold.

Im so sorry you missed the posting on line, the pool has been down so I assume you did not call the property directly. Yes after covid we do restrict the items in the room for safety off all guests and housekeepers and front desk can assist with new coffee in 7 minutes if asked, Please, don't hesitate to ask for assistance when needed and read content entirely before booking. Have a great day !

Not pleased
Both the hot tub and pool were under maintenance. The desk manager couldn’t tell us where a grocery store was close to the location. (Found one less than 2 miles away). The metal grate on the ice machine was moldy. There was a huge stain on the chair in our room. Overall did not justify the previous ratings on the website.

Great basics, very clean. Disappointed that the pool was out of service which was the reason we chose this hotel, but staff was wonderful and we had clean accommodations. Breakfast is blah. 2 cereal choices, pancake batter was banana nut only. No one in our family was satisfied with breakfast day one so day 2 we ended up eating out. The pillows are awful, definitely bring your own, and beds are hard. But we all agreed we appreciated a clean and safe place to stay. And they are super convenient to the highway!

Needs some maintenance. Door hinges in bathroom rusty, accumulated dirt/hair in corner by tub and wall, beds and pillows so uncomfortable. The smell in the room was weird, like damp/musty. Light in bathroom flickered. Second day our keys didn’t work. Towels small and worn/thin. Lampshade had damage.

There was no pool or hot tub available to use and we were not notified beforehand. Sheets were also dirty on the bed. Morning breakfast was very good though.

Pool and hot tub were broken. Wish I would of known I would of stayed somewhere else. Had to ask for towels because there were only hand towels in the room. Otherwise the place was clean and the staff was very friendly.
