The bathroom tub did not have a mat to avoid slipping. My seven year old slipped in the bathroom tub. Please take this into consideration as it can be very dangerous and even fatal. The room was clean and beds well made. There was no cable, no smart TV to sign into apps. Staff was courteous.

The staff were very accommodating and helpful. The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable! Love that the area around the hotel had mainly everything we needed or wanted for our stay. My only complaint would be that the water did not get hot enough lol but overall this was one of the best stays I had at a hotel in a long time.

The loaction was great, however they did not plow the snow out of their lot at all (in the 2 days we were there)...and there was a blizzard with 8-10 inches of snow. It was difficult to walk in and out, especially with luggage. There were deep pools of slush.

The seating area at breakfast was good. The only problem I found was the bench had worn on it and I sank down; I did move. I also noticed some tears on some additional seating. This would not hinder me from booking. The breakfast food was excellent & simply. We only stayed overnight after our flight. Staff was friendly and professional.

This was our 5th time staying at this hotel and each and every time the stay is awesome. The staff is very polite and friendly.
