I wanted to make the front desk aware that the curtain iny room was ripped and no one answered because they were short staff the lady who worked the front desk was doing everything including getting towels for guest. So that's why no one answered the front desk phone

Overall was nice experience but when we checked in couldn’t use the card we used to pay for the room had to put a deposit on it after it was paid For and nobody said anything about paying 50 for Parking but it was nice and no extra towels

Good property near airport. Just needed a place to rest since flight was canceled. Rooms were clean but small. Staff very friendly and helpful. Didnt like being charged 2 days for parking even though booked for one day for less than 24 hour stay.

It was okay the pool had to be cleaned but eventually opened until 10 other kids came in just being loud. The staff was nice. The cons is the sink didn’t have hot water and the tv remote wouldn’t go channel to channel you have to press numbers to channel surf

The employee that checked us in was very nice. The room was clean. But we were sitting at breakfast and right at 9am, they start to take it down. Two younger girls came down and were told it was closed. Even though there was food (omelettes and sausage) sitting there and we LITERALLY saw the emplpyee throw it away. Not sure why the hotel would rather throw food away than please the guests. Very rude.

Place was okay but the hallway outside of our room smelled heavily like marijuana. Room was cleaned overall but definitely could still smell outside odors. Ok for a one night stay.

It’s very close to the airport and even has a shuttle to take you there. The rooms have double beds standard, which is tiny to share with someone. The rooms were clean but the outside area around the hotel is not a good part of Chicago at all. So I wouldn’t suggest walking around, especially at night. I understand that it is close to the airport, but the room definitely wasn’t worth the rate they were charging.

Staff was really nice even called the room an hour after we checked in to make sure we were settled in. Room was clean and comfortable. Tv works, AC worked. Pool looked clean. Breakfast was good!

Disappointing Parking Fee
At check-in, we were informed that we would be charged $25/night to park in the hotel parking lot. Personally, I think this is something that should either be announced prior to booking or something that should be rolled into the nightly price. Had I known the total would be 12.5 percent more, I might have chosen a different hotel. Overall, though, the hotel was fine, but nothing to write home about.
