loads of differed maintenance and equipment not working here. I was there 4 days and they could not fix my AC unit. They had to be reminded many times and one of the front desk staff asked me did I get a report in the system (their job?). NO pans or dishes in the room unless you check them out. The floors are not cleaned well the the rooms and cause your feet to become black

TheWhat I did not like, was that the guests staying accross the hall, were yelling and screaming at one another in the middle of the night on Friday. They left their door propped open so that someone came and went, slamming the door, and arguing. This persisted well into the early morning on Saturday. I ventured over to the Staff Desk by 11 am, and checked out early. I assume since no one complained, that the staff wasn't aware. Which is bizarre considering how loud the noise was in the middle of the night. The hvac in the room was broken. It was 65 F in the room and snowing outside. The hvac would only push air as a fan. No heated air. The bed linens were thin and not warm. This was a miserable experience for sleeping in. Which was frankly the only thing I needed, considering I was spending my waking hours elsewhere.

Rooms are dirty! I expected a full refund or a discount for at least one day because I stayed for the third night. Never got a refund like I was told that I’d probably would receive from the woman at the front desk. Spoke with manager and only received a free upgrade which the room seemed cleaned except for the floors! but when we actually got in the room, it smelled very musty and disgusting! Bad body odor!

For the price you can't have high expectations. The place reeks of cigarette and pot smoke. It was 26 degrees outside and the windows were open when I got to the room. It reeked of smoke and was freezing and the heater didn't work. All things considered I didn't even bother changing rooms.
