I thought the location was great. Easy access to 88 and to downtown Naperville and surrounding suburbs. The Staff were very nice, polite, and quick to greet.
What I didn't like was that the room didn't come with a fridge, the ice machine on our floor was broken, the drain in the shower barely worked so you stood in a tub full of filthy water while you shower, and the mattress toppers shifted.
For over $200 a night, I expected a much better experience. For a 3-star hotel, it offers a 1-star experience.
I'm a member of Marriott and this is my third property that has below standard in the last 6-months with others having the A/C out and showers, I'll most likely be moving my business to Hilton moving forward.
