Room was kind of small, but was ok for the price, safe, clean, perfect location, on floor 3 and 9 there is a distilled water dispenser with plastics bottles to fill them up.

Great choice for a downtown Chicago Hotel. Everything we wanted to explore and see around the area was within walking distance. If it wasn't, trains were right there to hop on and go further. Property was clean and quiet.

Excellent location, very friendly and helpful staff, and the cheapest parking I could find for any hotels in the area. Overall a wonderful home base for exploring Chicago. We'll definitely stay here again for any future Chicago trips.

This hotel is decent, but I consider it somewhat overpriced given the level of quality it offers. Its proximity to the place I needed to visit and other nearby attractions made it convenient for me. However, it's clear that the building is quite old and in need of a thorough cleaning, particularly the carpets, bathrooms, and windows. Despite not being overly particular, I couldn't shake the feeling of dust lingering in the air. Additionally, there was a peculiar smell in the bathroom. On the positive side, the staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was generally peaceful.

The staff we encountered was very friendly. They also responded to requests in a timely manner. The room was really small and there's no mini fridge. We had issues with our TV working the entire trip. They do not do daily housekeeping unless you request it. This is a pet peeve of mine when you're paying so much for a room. Our sink dripped constantly and the water came out crooked. You basically have to check yourself in and out on these tablets. No breakfast included. When we go back, we will look elsewhere. Too expensive for so little service.

I loved the flexibility of the hotel staff, the convenient location of the hotel within downtown Chicago. Only 15 minutes walking distance from Union station and other nearby attractions. Hotel staff were kind and courteous. Will definitely return to this hotel as well as another Club Quarters hotel in the future.

Super easy check in and check out process. Our room had a pull out bed and we didn’t have extra blankets already in the room. However a quick text to guest services and the bedding arrived within minutes. The parking they offered is about a block and a half away but very easy to get to and deal with.

Firstly, the front office staff appeared quite grumpy; it would have been nicer if they smiled when greeting customers. Secondly, the initial room we were assigned had a strong smell of smoke, which they thankfully changed for us, a gesture I truly appreciate. Thirdly, the room had thin walls and appeared quite dirty and very outdated. The hotel has a distinctive odor. The walls are thin, allowing you to hear activities in adjacent rooms and even footsteps from the room above. The level of noise allows you to discern everything happening in neighboring rooms. Additionally, the rooms feel cramped. Throughout our stay, we spoke in whispers as we were aware that sound traveled easily to the neighboring room. This hotel does not cater well to families with children. Overall, it's quite expensive and doesn't justify the price I paid. This visit will mark our debut and finale at this hotel.

I apologize if you did not receive a warm welcome or interactions with the front desk staff while you were here. If you look at many of our other reviews that is usually an area we excel in. Our hotel was originally designed for the business traveler so unless you move up to the one-room suite, they do not have as much square footage as a large family may require. And since you booked through a 3rd party, the price is something we wouldn't have any control over. But we do appreciate your recent stay with us and thank you for your feedback.
